We got this delivered and couldn’t be happier with the service! So fast and accurate. The driver even double checked to make sure we knew it was delivered to our front desk.
Collard greens and cole slaw were fabulous. The brisket was very tasty, but rather dry. It needs something to moisten it, or it needs to be monitored better wherever it’s stored for slicing.
Overall very happy. Would be absolutely incredible if the meat could be less dry.

Today I had probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The bartender behind the bar was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional.
When I approached, he didn’t even bother to look at me properly — staring somewhere past me, answering in a dry, annoyed tone, as if I was interrupting his personal time. Every question I asked was met with some memorized phrases, delivered like he was doing me a huge favor. No politeness, no basic respect at all.
He looked totally checked out and indifferent to the guests: unfocused eyes, slow strange reactions, very odd behavior overall. Talking to him was extremely uncomfortable. Instead of explaining or helping, he spoke in a condescending way, interrupted, rolled his eyes, sighed loudly, as if my presence alone was irritating him.
For a place that supposedly cares about its service, this is an absolute failure. One person behind the bar completely destroys the atmosphere. Service is at zero, and my desire to ever come back is also at zero.
I strongly do not recommend visiting this place. If the owner cares at all about the reputation of Fat Pete’s BBQ, they should take a very close look at this bartender. With this kind of attitude he is driving customers away and killing any motivation to return.

I could give zero stars, I would. Came in to pick up a DoorDash order and the bartender — Cody — couldn’t have been more rude or checked out. He had his headphones in the entire time and didn’t even take them out to speak to me. Just mumbled “at the front,” so I assumed the order was ready and went to grab it. As soon as I touched the bag, he snapped, got pissed, and then refused to give me the food. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how they treat people helping deliver their food, I can only imagine how they treat paying customers. Avoid if you value basic decency.

Ordered burnt ends and moist brisket. They basically cut the top of the bark off on the brisket I ordered to make my burnt ends. Left me with white unrendered fat on top of my brisket. That's not how the works! Scam!

Had a really uncomfortable experience picking up an order today. A man with a long beard staff or manager, not sure was extremely rude and short with me for no reason. His tone was aggressive the moment I walked in, like I was an inconvenience just for showing up. I tried to stay polite, but it honestly felt personal.
I can’t say for sure what his problem was, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that it had something to do with how I look, I’m Latino. He didn’t treat anyone else around the same way. If that’s how customers get treated here based on appearance, that’s a serious problem.
I came in for some BBQ, not to be disrespected. Do better.
