The food was delicious, the staff was lovely & the ambiance is so calming & warm. I had the sparkling hibiscus non alcoholic drink, truffle & mushroom pasta, and the chickpeas taco. Everything was tasty.

I got there a little early before my group and the bartender was very nice and made a great Manhattan. Unfortunately overall the food and service was underwhelming. I had the chicken, which was a bit dry, but the vegetables that went with it were delicious. About half the people in our group really liked their meals, and the other half couldn't even finish theirs because they said they just didn't taste good. The prices were very high for the portions and for that much inconsistency. For ten people it came to over $600 -- and at least 3 people only ordered a side dish or a salad! Service was slow and inattentive, even though they weren't busy at all -- during the second half of our visit, we were the only customers. The biggest problem, and what left a very sour taste in all our mouths, was at the end of our meal. They told us *after* the meal that ice costs $1. That's right -- if you order a drink with ice in it, they'll charge you extra, on top of the very expensive drinks cost! I have never, ever heard of such a thing in my life. What kind of place charges for ICE??? And not telling customers until after the bill comes is incredibly dishonest. None of us will be returning.

Not recommended, food quality is really subpar, and also expensive. Waist of time and money.

Went to try Fig and Olive before the Marc Anthony concert. The restaurant is close to capital one arena and in a nice area (city center). The decor was nice when we walked in the first floor and were seated upstairs. We had a few appetizers and drinks first which were fine. The espresso martinis are both great! For entres we had Moroccan salmon and green beans and a burger both were delicious.Dietary restrictions: They accommodate for allergies and dietary restrictions.

Microwaved pita bread! Came out warm with top of pita still wet, likely from frozen.Don’t order anything hot!

Service is friendly but food is truly mediocre. The crostinis had too many things going on and the flavors were not cohesive. It was very very hard to tell what I was eating without looking back at the menu. The paella was fine and had a good amount of seafood. The peppers helped liven up the otherwise boring dish. The drinks were also unremarkable.

I've been here a few times and feel confident in this review. Things I enjoy: - the ambience is quite lovely (both diwnstairs and upstairs). It can be a bit loud in the downstairs section but it adds to the vibe - service is always amazing. I've never had bad service! 10 out of 10 - Mediterranean tacos, wild mushroom Croquets, and the salmon dish were all divine! Would certainly order again. - the cocktails and mocktails were refreshing! A+! Reasons for the 3 stars: - not a huge fan of some of the other entries we ordered. Lacked some flavor that I would've expected (seafood paella and the lamb dish). While I would not venture out of my way to have dinner here, I would not be opposed to stopping in for a drink and a few apps if I'm in the area.

Nice restaurant with high quality staff but the food was middle of the road, especially at the price point.

Came here for a coworker birthday celebration and was awed by the ambience and cuisine. We got a reservation for five pax and the place was pretty packed on a Friday night. We got appetizers comprising of mushroom croquettes and tuna meatballs which have rather small portion sizes. The lamb was delicious and I would love to try other dishes in the future.

Delicious meal. The restaurant is tucked away and away from the noisy street. The atmosphere is very comfortable. The food was so tasty with a great blend of spices and ingredients. We had the Brick Chicken and the Moroccan spiced salmon. Highly recommend.

Eh... for those prices the food and service better be top notch, instead it was just mid. The staff seemed overwhelmed and it took 15 minutes to get seated and then another 15 minutes before a server came to take our drink order. The restaurant was not full. Next, we ordered apps and entrees from a menu that should have slanted more Mediterranean as opposed to americanized midwest delicacies. 20 minutes later all the food came out together - overwhelming our table for two. The food itself was just ok - truffle fries came out cold and the seafood risotto was a little gelatinous amid other trifles. We found the drinks to also be less than stellar - an insipid fig & olive espresso martini that was all anise and a bourbon cider drink that was so cloying it could have been served in a sippy cup.
