Extremely tasty food. Nice place. Staff polite and willing to help you choose the food. Price according to place. Late afternoons are lively with happy hour.

Went to dinner here with a group of friends. Server forgot my Daughter and I when taking orders, when questioned he blamed me for “never ordering”... we were super hungry. He “rushed” our burgers... they were so rushed they forgot to cook them, the blood soaked buns left everyone at the table without appetites. The gratuity that was added automatically was the cherry on top and the bill was absolutely not cheap. The manager was notified and very gracious (he actually was very nice and even called me back) hoping we’d eat there again... (not in your life) Not enough to discount our bill for our botched meal though, (not required but would have been the right thing to do). Thumbs down, plenty of other places in this town.

Attached to the Embassy Suites in downtown Washington. We ended up here for a quick dinner between matches at the convention center. Our waitress was great, friendly and attentive. looked nicer on open table than it actually was. it was quick and efficient and served the purpose but not a place I would go out of my way to patronize with so many options surrounding this restaurant. Overall not bad, just no wow.

We ate dinner both nights of our stay. The food was excellent and the service was terrific. The manager and staff were very accommodating.

Was in DC looking for a place to get a new and different salad. Was not staying in this hotel, but found their salad with pomegranate seeds, candied walnuts, roasted squash, and goat cream cheese and decided to give it try. It was a nice foray from all the burger joints in the area. My server, Kelly, kept my tea glass full and made me feel very welcome by chatting for a few moments. Overall, a really nice experience.

Had a very good dinner here. Steak, flatbread and salad were very good as were the cocktails. The desert was a Phyllo wrapped. deep fried cheesecake with a banas foster topping was unbeliveably great.

After getting a free drink during the Manager's reception, I went to the restaurant bar and enjoyed their excellent entrees off the Happy Hour menu at a great price. The food is just a smaller portion of what is on their regular menu.

We made a last minute reservation for a party of 9 and were not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! Waitress was amazing, food was great and everyone in our party left impressed and happy! We had a great evening celebrating a special event! Thank you Finn and Porter!

My family of four ate at Finn & Porter twice during our weeklong stay in D.C. We were pleasantly surprised. I had the greek salad both times with salmon. My husband had the Rock fish and said it was really good. My children probably had mac & cheese because that's all they ever eat. We all really enjoyed our meals and wouldn't have had a problem eating there again. There was no wait the night we ate at the restaurant. The night we had room service, the food was delivered in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
