Everything about our brunch was fantastic. Tina did a wonderful job taking care of us, and the food and drinks were excellent. Highly recommend Firefly, be sure to get in there when you're near DuPont Circle.

I really like the atmosphere and service. I also enjoyed the food very much; however, the other day (Sat, 2Aug) I ordered a Caesar salad w/chicken to-go around 1915. Upon arriving home, I looked at the salad and the portion was rather small for a dinner salad, the chicken was overcooked, and the lettuce looked off (wilted and something was amiss). I woke up at 1300 and 1500 the next morning and needless to say, my stomach was very upset and I fell ill.
I would dine here again, as I like the place and jist wouldn't order the salad(s) anymore.

All of the staff were super friendly. We definitely felt under dressed. I got the eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon. There wasn't much hollandaise sauce, so it was a bit dry and the Smoked Salmon was strong. Their potatoes and veggies needed seasoning. My daughter enjoyed her french toast. For basic Brunch, it was pricey. Not everything they offer is on the menu, we had to ask about juice and coffee.

MJ welcomed us so warmly & our sunlit table became a family moment we will treasure. The food is exquisitely prepared & served … egg white frittata in the iron pot, gluten-free options as well. Delish drinks! Boys loved their chicken & waffles … and MJ’s instincts on making special moments is unmatched. A new favorite!

Poor service. I stopped by for a drink and was chased after by another server accusing me of not paying after having just paid my bill? The apology was nice but wildly unprofessional.

Used to love this place. Haven’t been there in many years. Decor nice but not as much fun as quirky past theme. Wine list not great. Service slow even though few diners. And most importantly food was unremarkable. Downhill from the quality of the past. I won’t return.
