We were visiting Washington, DC, and decided to stop at this Five Guys. As always, the burgers were tasty and up to the usual standard. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the condition of the restaurant and the staff’s attitude. The dining area was noticeably dirty, and the employees were so rude that we felt uncomfortable just being there. It almost seemed like serving us was a burden rather than their job.
There were only two parties in the restaurant—us and one other customer—so it wasn’t a matter of being busy. I was polite when speaking with the staff, but it made no difference. To make matters worse, when I asked for the restroom code (which should have been printed on my receipt but wasn’t), the staff member acted annoyed, as if I was out of line for even asking.
Overall, the food was good, but the service and cleanliness at this location were very disappointing.

Rude staff who refuses to clean the tables and seems irritated when you dare to ask for anything. Also, they got my order completely wrong and put a bunch of toppings on that weren’t on the ticket
They don’t clean up and somebody had the measles also very horrible location and never coming back

This location is kind of far from the hotels but it's walkable about 10 minutes depending on what hotel you stay at. The inside clean and the staff members are not overly friendly but they have good customer service. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because the fries were overly salty and overcooked. But I got a hamburger and hot dog and they're both delicious.
