Oh yeah, this place is number one the best five guys in town so fresh they served me four minutes before closing and it was the best burger I’ve had. I cannot believe how fresh it was and the fries as well. Thank you very much guys. 🌟

Had a really longgg day at work and these employees made it all worth for me to just walk in an see them smiling so beautiful and so helpful the woman with the dreads took my order she didn’t rush me!!! Kept a smile and the guy with the dread came out an clean an kept being sooooo nice and friendly and it was very clean and to the cooks the food was outstanding ❤️❤️

I visited Five Guys at 2490 Market St NE, Washington, DC 20018, on June 19, 2025, and was extremely disappointed. The staff exhibited a nasty attitude, with one employee handling fries cursing loudly in front of families and small children. The atmosphere felt hostile and unfriendly. Requests were met with eye rolls and curt responses, ruining what should have been a casual meal. Cleanliness seemed secondary as tension hung in the air. I cannot recommend this location based on the rude behavior and lack of consideration. I expected better customer service. One star: please avoid unless improvements are made promptly.

Costumer service is terrible the employees made a burger without pattys and when I asked about them not putting the patty they said I was rude about asking the question.one employee of asked my friend what was wrong with his they have forgotten the adds on and gave side remark about us bringing the issue to them very disappointed on costumer service even when they remade the burger they still forgot about the adds ons

For what I paid total disappointment!! Fries were undercooked and saturated in grease I didn’t even eat them! A complete waste of money and my time driving all the way there to get garbage!
