Went to get a meal for myself, and the cashier is so full of energy and patient with me. Even while waiting, the cooks do try to chat with me. The food is good and cooked to order and delicious. Would love to come back again if this particular location wasn't so expensive; I'm guessing it was because we're in DC.

It's Five Guys you want a great burger quickly with some phenomenal french fries you've come to the right place it is what it is just a great burger or cheeseburger or burger or cheeseburger with all the toppings that you could use from. I made that too long but long story short just a great example of an American classic

This location is super clean and staff were very friendly. My burger was on point as usual for 5 G's a were the fries. Not very busy during lunchtime. Great location.

The food was very good as usual; just too expensive. $21 for one hamburger and medium fries, no drink is too much. The free peanuts were nice and fresh. I'd forgotten that a small fry is really more than enough .
Fries were burnt and taste like they haven't change the grease in weeks. Staff was unprofessional and rude Will not return or recommend this five guys.

Why is Q trying to steal the worker's items and gifts? That mini fridge, phone, and other package are not yours Q. Id like to carefully remind everyone theft in the workplace of an employee's gifted belongings is agaisnt the law. I recommend all management is reminded before the authorities have to get involved next time. I recommend not trying to intimidate me and mistreat me next time either.Rude management always. People constantly on phones. Soda machine always dirty. Workers have issues with disabled people and acuse us of not being disabled. Demand us show them paperwork of proof or our disabilities like we just keep it on is constantly. This place is not disabled friendly. Also no wheelchair ramp or entrance. The year is 2023 step it up.

This location gives an effort but fails repeatedly... Since their opening I've ordered 5x, cajun fries & not once have I received them. Once i received cajun seasoning on the side but not on the fries. After i order online I then call, but still NO CAJUN FRIES! Staff is pleasant, xcept 2day the mgr got a lit testy he says he made me cajun fries, when in fact he did not. When I phoned i stressed cajun fries & xtra cajun seasoning on the side, I DID NOT RECEIVE EITHER! And 2days burger is soggy cause the bun wasn't really toasted. The other 4x the burger was good. This location fails @ details for a satisfying meal. I really tried 2 be their customer...

Customer service is trash two cashiers stood in front of me and my family on the phone for over 5 mins with one register open. No one greeted and asked if we could wait until they finished the call. Very very poor customer service I will be contacting the GM or corporate of this establishment in the AM I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
