This Five Guys is great before about 5pm. I always have bad experiences with the evening crew. From the loud cussing to the slow service. I order a milkshake on the app today, still had to wait 15 when I got there, and my milkshake was almost at room temp when I finally received it. Tasted disgusting and was a waste of 8 bucks. Im definitely going to be avoiding this location in the evenings. Yall are already overpriced I expect to at least get what I pay for smh

Employees forget my fries and my Straw. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and I didn’t receive it and I received a plain cheeseburger.I also found a hair in my milk shake and I could drink because of contamination. Would order from This location

I had a solid experience at this Five Guys. The process was made very easy by the two ordering machines located right at the front, which helped keep things moving quickly.
The burger was good as always, though I found the Cajun fries to be just okay this visit. A major plus for this location is the space; there is plenty of seating available, so even during busy hours, I had no trouble finding a spot to sit and enjoy my meal. It's a reliable choice if you're in the neighborhood!

This location is better than the Five Guys location closer to me, which is near Noma Galludet. Whether ordering through Ubereats for delivery, or when personally entering the store, the burgers taste more fresh and the french fries are more thoroughly cooked. A fine team works here.
I like the food and the prices, but I didn’t like the fact that they were homeless inside just asking for stuff to the people who buys.

If you need a delicious, never frozen, greasy burger made just the way you like it, this is definitely your spot. The food is exactly what you'd expect compared to other FiveGuys locations, and always a heaping portion of fries.
The restaurant is always clean, the traffic flow works relatively well. My last visit the one Coke Freestyle was down, (and the unattended children bogarting the working unit was annoying, but that's not the restaurants fault).

Five Guys – I’ve been coming here for 6 years as a driver picking up Uber and DoorDash orders, working 12-hour days. Today, when I simply needed to use the restroom, They were told I had to buy something first. You are nowhere near the spirit of a true local burger brand. From now on, I will neither place orders from here nor pick them up—and I strongly urge others to do the same.
