Waited for half an hour for my order and still wasn’t ready. When asking about it the personnel working there started screaming at me. I thought this was a fast food joint. This people shouldn’t be working there. Apart of being inefficient they are also rude.

The employees at this place are top notch, I was served super fast and they also had my back when some weirdo in line started video recording me. I had no clue who that weird man was but to the employees who alerted me and told me he was recording me then also told him to leave, I thank you very much for all that you did to help in that situation.

Great experience. Couldn't have felt more satisfied. Lived up to the expectation you'd have for a place named Washington's best burger.
Went by Wednesday for lunch. And saw a lot of things that prompted me to sit and have my lunch with my family. We talked had a great time and the burger was everything we talked about on the way. The service was splendid. Asked the cook if they had some crispy fries. They didn't let me down.. in fact I may stop by next week for another one of those extra cheese doubles.

The team at Five Guys Navy Yard is next level! From the moment I walked in, the energy was upbeat, the smiles were genuine, and the service was fast and flawless. The staff clearly takes pride in what they do — they were working efficiently, keeping the space clean, and handling every order like it mattered.
Shoutout to the cooks who keep that grill on point — the burger was juicy, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Fries? Crispy, golden, and overflowing just the way we like it. And the cashier was super friendly and helpful — even during the lunch rush, they were calm and courteous.
It’s rare to see a whole team operate like a well-oiled machine, especially during busy hours. The Five Guys Navy Yard crew deserves all the praise — 10 stars without question. Keep doing what you’re doing! 🙌🔥🍔🍟

I just came from here and noticed there were barely any fries in my bag—not even any at the bottom. This amount of fries for $6?! I won’t be back. Insane. The fries must have come out of the employee’s check for them to be some skimping weirdos be so fr.
Guy on the counter had zero tolerance and respect for the customer. They serve a lot of chips but the flavor of those and the hamburger is nothing tasty, just acceptable
