Got Diavolo Lobster for 2 and the lobster was partly cold, and bad/frozen tasting. The flavor of the rest of the dish was good but that ruined the dish as it is the main meat.

The worst Italian food I’ve ever been served at an Italian restaurant in my life. The pizza tasted like it came from an all inclusive resort and that’s being kind. The lasagna bolognese was 2 slabs of mush on a plate. Embarrassing! On top of that overpriced, avoid at all costs.

Food was ok, but the rest of my party was nearly finished eating before my food even arrived. Would not recommend.

$17 for brunch mimosa. Cold pizza.
Homemade-style bread, but not very tasty — just three small pieces that felt more like Walmart’s roasted bread than fresh homemade
Food was great. The lasagna bolognese is superb.

Came here for my friends birthday. Had a reservation at 7. It’s 7:25 and we have not been sat. There are 5 other parties waiting to be sat for their reservations as well. Curious if they don’t know what “reservation” means. Typically it means you save the table for the party up to an hour before hand.
We finally got sat at 7:40. Once sat, the dirty martini didn’t come w olives, had to bring it up to the bar to ask for olives. 1 person ordered a Moscow mule, they had to come back to the table bc they didn’t understand what that was?

We found Flavio a couple of years ago and it is a must stop on every trip to DC! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The food is beyond incredible! I’ve never had such wonderful gnocchi - like fluffy clouds of ricotta in a smooth Parmesan sauce. My husbands go to is the lobster diavolo - perfectly cooked pasta, loads of seafood and just the right amount of heat in the sauce. Can’t recommend this place any more - don’t pass by!!!

A bit of a scam tactic - prices on the outside - but these are for happy hour. Yes, I missed this detail, but feels a little wrong having a massive menu then changing it when you go in .
Food was ok, but not great, super greasy pizza.
Overall fine for a quick bight.

Restrooms down stairs, practically empty except for bar which was loud and they seated us at small table when could have been bigger. Food was good.

Their pasta sauce is really unique and delicious.I like their seafood Pasta mostly.I believe they really represent the real Italian cuisine.I wish their decoration could be a little bit more classic.

Such a gem in Georgetown! Amazing service, delicious food, and the kindest staff. Mekki, the owner, went above and beyond — truly made our night. Highly recommend Flavio and can’t wait to return!
