We had an excellent lunch at Flavio today.The Spaghetti Bolognese and Capellini Pomodoro were delicious and we enjoyed Aperol Spritz’s while dining outside!
Food was not bad. But service was horrible. I made a reservation in advance and still had to wait for 10 mins when I arrived. There was barely any service throughout our meal. In our check there was also a 3% recovery fee? Definitely would not recommend this restaurant to

Slimmest slice of limoncello l've ever seen and tiramisu looked like someone took a spoonful bite out of it and gave it to us. Also the gentleman who handed me my carry-out items said I cannot have any napkins because there are no plastic utensils(????)

Staff was abrasive and argumentative when my food came out in a different sauce than what was specified on the menu. Came here for my birthday and was easily the worst part of the entire day. Absolutely would not recommend at all.

Worst Experience ever I had !! They call themselves “Italian restaurant “ , But the team has no clue how to serve and make people welcomed at least .We had to Wait for a while before we were seated. No one paid attention to us, we had to raise a hand like in middle school to grab someone attention after 10 minutes. We were ready to order and ask that waiter ( That person didn’t even deserve to be called like that) How long it would take to wait for the meal to be ready. His answer was “I Don’t know, Restaurant is busy” We try to explain that we are rush and we would like to have a nice dinner. My husband asked if that waiter can at least give us any estimate, but waiter keep on saying I don’t know. That Was all the words he knew. Definitely made us feel not welcomed at all. We clearly had to leave by saying that if we are not welcomed here then what is the point to even order? That waiter didn’t even say a word (Probably because he don’t know), grabbed menus, rushed to put them back to the stationary and kick us out of the place. Worst ever

The food was very good, the service of my Indian waiter I think; It was terrible, bad attitude, he was upset that I changed one side of my order, unfriendly and when leaving he was demanding more tip from us, compared to the food runner boy and busser boy, very nice and ready to serve.

I am highly disappointed with the way the hostesses treated me and my guest. When we entered the restaurant we were told that we would only wait for no more than 15 minutes. I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes even though I had a reservation. They completely disregarded me and my guest. Over 10 people were catered to even though we were there before them. We did not feel welcomed. this establishment is racist towards brown people. ruck this restaurant. also guys we ended up going to guapo, such a nice and friendly environment I definitely recommend it !

My beautiful Wife wanted spaghetti and meat balls so we searched and found Flavio and couldn't be happier, everyone and everything was great! This is our Italian place from here on out!Parking: Paring is Right across the street it literally could not be closer
Service was horrible. We noted on our reservation that we wanted a corner, handicap accessible table and that we were celebrating a birthday and wanted a piece of chocolate cake to celebrate (there is a mousse cake on the menu). We were not given a corner table. We tried to order calamari as an appetizer (at 6:30pm), and we were told that the restaurant was out of calamari. Throughout the course of our meal, three other tables that came in and ordered after us were served calamari. The chicken parm was reheated and rubbery, the pizza was overcooked, but the other dishes were very good. We ordered tiramisu and that piece of CHOCOLATE cake for dessert. We never got either - after 30 minutes, they brought over a piece of stale lemon cake. When we said something to the waitress, she claimed that the restaurant didn't serve chocolate cake and huffed about the tiramisu never arriving. She was not apologetic. It was a disappointing experience overall.

We were excited to try the restaurant, but ultimately ended up leaving before we ordered. Our table was upstairs underneath a leaking roof, broken Sheetrock, and a broken glass lamp. The table felt unsafe, isolated, and a completely different dining experience than the rest of the restaurant. The staff tried to accommodate us in another spot upstairs, but it just seemed too unappetizing. Sorry to say but we won’t be running back here…
