This was a mediocre experience. We were seated late but offered complimentary champagne. Larger parties don't have much room. The views are fantastic. Recommend for drinks and small plates only. Maybe dinner for two.

The vibe for this place is outstanding, located on the second floor of Pendry hotel. The view from the hotel is simply amazing! The staff is very nice and professional. I headed to this place for a weekend breakfast, and enjoyed my time here. I had almond latte and huevos rancheros, fresh, delicious and rightly portion sized.

I don't think it's clear that this place is located within a hotel. So, for starters walking around trying to find the place is a bit frustrating. The food, however, was very delicious. We did the Sangria Sin Fin option for brunch. Bottomless Sangria is what made this brunch stand out from others There wasn't a dish we didn't enjoy. I was disappointed that I could not have unlimited red Sangria because it wasn't available so I had to settle for Peruvian Sangria. I do not like that a credit card is required for reservations. In fact, I almost didn't go because of this feature. It's confusing to require a credit card but it's not charged for a deposit or anything. When paying I assumed they already had my card on file since it was necessary to book but they didn't so I'm not sure of the point of requiring a credit card. Additionally, it could be the time we chose but other groups seemed to be noisier than necessary including some children screaming. We were seated in a corner away from other tables but were still shocked by the noise. Overall I'd try again sometime in the distant future.

Nice setting back lacks charm or elegance. I was there for brunch they ran out of the pastry basket at 12:30. Dishes were unremarkable. Very much like a hotel restaurant. Okay but not memorable.

Flora Flora's Sunday brunch was all that a classy and elegant brunch should be! We arrived about 15 minutes early and were graciously received in the lobby, escorted to the 2nd floor restaurant, and promptly seated in the very comfortable bar area to wait. Our wait was VERY short -- and within minutes, we were seated at very nice tables overlooking the harbor. The view is amazing! The service was flawless (thanks Steven!). The menu choices were diverse and interesting, and each order was quickly delivered to our tables with no mistakes or "oops!" Most of our party of 9 opted for the Sangria Sin Fin, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the endless sangria and mimosas. The food was totally delicious and servings were "just right" (not too big, not too small). The restaurant is intimate, quiet, bright, airy, cheerful, and we highly appreciated the lack of LOUD MUSIC that seems to be the default standard in many eateries. The reservation process was painless, and Johvannie (sp?) provided immediate and personal feedback on a change to the number in our party. All in all, Flora Flora is a winner and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a chic & stylish brunch option with excellent service!

The service was excellent along with the food. The waiter brought everything we asked for and opened it up as well. I ordered the wharf Benedict and blueberry pancakes. The only thing I was disappointed in was I saw the cast iron blueberry pancakes on their social media so I really wanted to try them but they didn't have it.

The view of the wharf was lovely! We had the bottomless brunch which came with Bottomless sangria or mimosas with the choice of a small plate and an entree. I got the crab Benedict and it was delicious! They did not skim on the crab meat. Our service John was very attentive and kept the drinks pouring ?

We visited for restaurant week and the menu was so perfectly curated - the chicken tortilla soup and mahi mahi fish tacos were incredible. And Steven, our server, was so knowledgeable and friendly!

Excluding my experience with one of the hostess who was extremely rude and argumentative upon entry we had a good time. Did the brunch experience for a friend’s birthday and the waiter, he was amazing & patient, the drinks flowing and good food.

Absolutely in love with Flora Flora... amazing place for a romantic birthday lunch. The dessert was easily top three I've ever had in my life. Some combination of a dulce de leche almond milk custard on caramel and chocolate brownie encased in chocolate shell. One of the most incredible desserts I've eaten. And somehow it was gluten free.

Really tough to find this gem. You have to walk into the Pendry Hotel, then take the elevator to the 2nd floor. The restaurant has a light and airy feel, and the food matches the atmosphere. Definitely a good spot for lunch if you actually intend to go back to the office without slipping into a post-lunch coma.

Stopped by for brunch on a Saturday afternoon. Flora Flora had good food, great drinks and a great view in a beautiful space. Here are some of my takeaways:EnvironmentFlora Flora is located on the second floor of the Pendry Hotel in the Wharf. It's a beautiful space with a great view of the river with inside and outside dining space. No matter where you seat the view and space is amazing. Wonderful and beautiful ambiance great for friends or for date night.ServiceOur server and the staff were great with a lot of energy. Very welcoming and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Accommodating and ver easy to engage. Great experience.Food and DrinksThey have a pretty good brunch deal for DC. For about 60 dollars you get bottomless sangria, an appetizer and a main dish. The food was really tasty. I had the wharf benedict which was poached eggs, crab cakes instead of a biscuit and, old bay hollandaise with home fries. It was very good and not too heavy which was pretty refreshing. My friends had the blueberry pancake and the truffle spinach quesadilla. My friend enjoyed the pancake - it does present more like a muffin so be mindful of that. The quesadilla was fine but not a favorite at the table. And the guacamole was good too! The drinks were pretty good and plentiful. I would definitely come back for this brunch special and especially for the benedict.OverallOverall we had a great time here - we even stayed past the closing time. The space was quiet, beautiful and welcoming, the service was great and you can't beat the views. Definitely try this place out.

Another beautiful breakfast experience! Everything was just as great as the first! We've visited Moonraker, which is a few floors above Flora Flora multiple times, and it's become our favorite Friday night spot. Flora Flora has now become our breakfast go-to whenever we're at the Wharf. Amazing staff, great ambiance, and mouthwatering food!

We had dinner at Flora Flora earlier this year and wasn't so thrilled about it but our breakfast experience was amazing! From ambiance to service to the food, everything was great! It felt like Saturday morning in our home, enjoying breakfast in our sun room, with the added benefit of having someone else make the food haha. It was relaxing, we were able to hear ourselves talk, and the staff were courteous and cheerful. And the food was the star of the show, with our favorite being the overnight oats. We loved it so much we are heading back there this morning.
