There were 2 of the specific croissant I wanted left, a big one and a noticalbly smaller one. I asked if I could have the big one, and she bagged the small one. Cappucino and croissant were good, just bad service.

I had never heard of this place until this week, when I happened to walk by and decided to give it a try. Wow, was I impressed! The place was very clean, and the customer service from the cashier (Jay) was excellent. I tried the Sunnyside Bagel, which was delicious, and the iced latte was also really good!

I ordered a cake from Fresh Baguette at Cleveland Park. I received excellent service from Andrea. She is professional and provided excellent customer service. I ordered a cake for my husband 60th birthday. She went out of her way to make sure that her team received the correct name on the cake. I appreciate Andrea for helping me.

Ripoff, avoid. I ordered a ham croquet. Pathetic for $13.75. The single slice of ham was paper thin and didn't even cover half the bread. When I showed the staff they said that that's just the way it is. Gotta love DC service!

Thank you Jay for making our visit fantastic, he connected well with my mother in law and was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable! The desserts were quite tasty and the coffee was a good strength! The croissants don't have the best lamination but the fillings make up for a good bit of it!

Excellent cafe! Wonderful, fresh pastries. Plus kind, helpful staff. It’s not a Starbucks so don’t expect grossly sweet coffees or an assembly line of workers. It’s a real bakery with careful consideration going into their service.
