Fruit juice bar that serves healthy, fresh wraps, bowls and sandwiches Updated from previous review on 2025-11-14
Really glad that there was a healthy vegan place not to far away. I got the Southwest tofu wrap and was happy with it. I wanted to also get a smoothie, but those start at $10. I couldn't justify such a high price.
So glad I found this place, we stopped here in a rush to the stadium to watch a game and it was amazing! I has the tuscan kale wrap, it was gorgeous! I'd say the tastiest wrap I've ever had! We also had a lemonade which was good and blueberry muffin - also good! Wish we'd have had time to go back to try other things! Would definitely recommend
My husband and I shared the breakfast burrito and a large antioxidant açai bowl. If I could've been in the kitchen directing them how to make it this is exactly the way it would come out. The burrito was so good, not too oily stuffed with greenery and delicious things. The açai bowl was not too sweet and was topped with fresh fruit and granola. My latte was huge and perfectly made. Love this place, fast friendly and delicious.
The BBQ Jack sandwich is lowkey one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Absolutely tragic that I’m from out of town, because I would eat the oats and sandwiches here every morning if I was a DC local! Love the grab n go selection especially.

We like Fruitive so much that it is a part of our DC itinerary every time we come to DC to visit our daughter and her family. The food is so good and healthy! Perfect for whole food plant based vegans and everything is delicious. The service is outstanding and friendliness permeates Fruitive.
Wonderful vegan selections, including my favorite salad in the District.

I had the breakfast burrito (made gf.) They did not mess around with stuffing this thing, it was a big portion but not too much. Food seemed of good quality and not super greasy. Some ingredients of the burrito were still frozen (totally okay to have stuff frozen obvs but just wasn’t cooked all the way through)
I tried the apple cinnamon waffle, was so yum. I loved that they do have a small portion size.
Wish there more seats.

I have been there several times during my stay in Washington DC, and I really enjoyed to have breakfast or a snack there. They use fresh ingredients and everything I tried tasted really good! During my stay I tried the breakfast burrito, waffles with berries, a smoothie bowl, overnight oats and a banana bread. I also had a really nice smoothie with bananas, cacao, peanut butter, dates and a shot of espresso. Everything was good, I can recommend most the burrito, the banana bread and tue smoothies! Really worth to go if you are looking for something healthy, fresh and vegan in DC!
Just awesome. Been visiting Fruitive consistently for 3-4 years. The food and drinks are fantastic and service is fast. Grateful for this place and the team!

Had a smoothie and acai bowl for breakfast while in DC for work and it was a great start to the day. One of the better acai bowls I've had.
I wanted to rate „THE BEST“ but this is actually THE ONLY Place in Washington DC, that provides healthy, whole food, plant based meals for a fair price. Go check it out, no mater which food philosophy you follow 🙏
I wish they opened more restaurants like this 🤩
