The food is consistently excellent and top notch. They are known for their burgers, which are some of the best, offering many variations or a 'build your own' option. The veggie burger is also impressive, flavorful, and hearty. Their fries are considered the best—crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken sandwich is moistened and tasty, and comes with good fries. The atmosphere feels partly like a bar, suitable for watching sports like Sunday NFL. Ordering is smooth and the staff is outstanding, professional, and nice, not rushing customers. However, some note the price is high and the soda machine is often out of options. A sign for a weekday lunch special can cause confusion if left out on Sunday. While some feel the downtown Chinatown location was a mistake, others find it a great place to grab a bite before an event.
