Upon arrival no one welcomed guests, then after ordering the restaurant had no working soda machines. The only drink available was lemonade and Sprite. The manager did approach is and has no fix it explanation. He offered 4 cookies as a gift. Then our good came out cold. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Stopped in to get dinner but ALL the seating was high, uncomfortabe wood stools, not a regular chair/table in sight. I have medical/mobility issues and can't navigate high furniture. STUPID!! Thought Fuddruckers went out of business, now I couldn't care less. FYI, if $25 is really what they charge, well, see above....

Two stars because the restaurant is clean and atmosphere is pretty nice. However, when I went for lunch, they were out of: -Fries -Sweet Potato Fries -Milkshakes -80% of the drinks in the two fancy coke machines And you'd still be hard pressed to get out of there for under $20. For that money, you can definitely do better at other nearby spots.

Extremely dissatisfying to pay $25 for a Burger and it takes over an hour to serve it. There’s no reason for it. They legitimately forgot about us and served several other patrons first so turns out that we had to get our money back and go to the capitals game starving. Joy !!! Birthday dinner plans ruined. Lesson learned… Don’t go to Fuddruckers.

I don't feel like I'm very picky, but they served me the wrong burger twice (the second time I didn't feel like sending it back). They clearly did not understand what the menu items were, and don't care about getting it right. The burger was nearly raw on the inside - but only one half??
The soda machine was 2/3 empty, I had to drink Pibb Zero (don't bother).
The ambience is atrocious and corporate.
The only thing that was good was the fries and bottomless cheese.
This all cost me $26. Avoid this place.

Came in to have an early dinner. No menus was available the bar tender wasn’t trying to be of assistance and didn’t care also the menus on the bar wasn’t pulling up information bar tender just did not care wine up paying for a drink I couldn’t enjoy. After leaving called to complain but the phone systems don’t work. Please don’t go to this place.
This was my first time eating at this restaurant. I would say the customer service I received from the young lady at the register and the gentleman (the manager) this evening was outstanding. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fried came with it. When I bit in to both, I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was well moistened and tasty. The fries were just as good.

Visited on October on October 11th around at 7:30pm door was open cashier completely lost couldn't tell me Kitchen was close Took my order waited until the person in charge that came out and apologized Only option was to get fried chicken sandwiche big mistake of my part also should have left. They honestly have the best fries—crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. The veggie burger is just as impressive: flavorful, hearty, and made so well that you don’t even miss the meat. Everything tasted fresh, and the quality really stood out. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to whenever I’m craving something delicious but still light.
