Don't go before a game...if you want food. Went before a Caps game, ordered beer & food (just 2 app orders). 45 min later, time to go inside - no food. Bartender was doing his best, he even went back to kitchen to try and find our order. No dice...
Then he said he would remove/refund the food order. 4 days later...no refund.
So now I have to deal with following up on their problems.

Waited over 30 minutes for our order. They tried to give me the wrong thing and then argued about it until I showed the receipt. Condiments were empty and the staff was not helpful. And my Philly cheese steak has no cheese... The fries are good.

I am giving a 1 star because this poor girl is running an entire level by herself and the manager is no where to be found!! When I say by herself, I mean she is running a 18 seat bar and 10 tables. I am watching people walk out because they cant get drinks or food. Go upstairs, empty. The lady is overwhelmed and no one who works there cares.

The food is good. There is an upstairs bar with tvs on, but it's just for sitting there. There is no bartender, just a manager that occasionally walks back there to look at the register. Its still empty. The downstairs bar had one woman bartending. The bar was full and I counted three drinks on the bar. A fellow coworker tried to help her out and she got confrontational with him. He got a good tip.

I was nervous going here before the Caps game after looking at reviews, but I have no complaints! The place was clean and we were lucky to get a table. We got our food I would say around 10 minutes. The burger was delicious and the fries are so good. Got out of there and got to the game at the perfect time. I know it doesn't always work out that perfect for everyone, but I wanted to share that my experience was great.

After several Fuddruckers locations closed in the DMV over the years, I was really looking forward to eating a burger like I remembered it well over 5 years ago. I have to say I was really disappointed, a lot has changed. To begin the bun was totally different, which in my opinion the original bun is what really set Fuddruckers apart from any other burger joint. The bun now seemed to be some form of multi grain which is a good option, but should be just that, an option. I ordered a medium well burger and received a medium rare burger. The caramelized onions felt/tasted a day old and like rubber, definitely not fresh. The only thing that was good in this experience was the fries/wedges and condiments/sauces. I did get another burger made which was better cooked but the onions were still the same so I took them off. Aside from a few out of townersthe place was dead, now I know why. Again, big disappointment especially for a $26 burger with some many other options in the immediate area. Sadly, I will not be going back.

I went here for dinner. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food and did not receive it before I had to leave for another obligation. The staff moves with no sense of urgency, barely getting 1 order out in 5 minutes. The bar was not even staffed, with many people waiting to get drinks. I do not reccommend this horribly ran business.
I will say up front that the staff working there was doing their best and working their butts off to get orders fulfilled.
I was so excited when I heard Fuddruckers made it back from the dead, this was a place I would always lament losing from my childhood. Unfortunately this location seems to be in rough shape. Both soda machines were out of order as well as the cheese dispenser. The wait was very long and we had to line up with our cups in the same line that people were waiting to pick up their food to get our soda, leading to a mass of confused, hungry people. The food was not bad, but fairly unremarkable. My overall takeaway was that this is an establishment not doing well and struggling to have an identity in terms of the ambiance.
All this being said I cannot in good faith recommend that someone go and spend $27 for a burger and fries here. There are way too many places in the immediate vicinity that provide much better value.

Chicken sandwich combo was fantastic with huge piece of chicken. Location was convenient. We have one back home so when visiting we wanted a little piece of home & familiarity for a quick lunch that we knew what we wanted from the start. Service was fantastic & the crew really cares about their community. They keep the area very clean constantly picking up trash and busing tables. I can’t say the same for our back home option for being as tidy but I think it’s their management. They have an accessible upstairs & a sports bar downstairs. Both are great but we utilized the ordering upstairs. Def will be back when we visit again !

We showed up 90 mins before a caps game and were told 40 mins.
Ok. At the one hour mark - nothing
When we went to the front there were people waiting between 45-80 mins.
At a certain point corporate needs to re eveluate whether this place is worth keeping open if they can even provide the basic meal they are known for
