We wanted a quick meal to take back to our Airbnb in the DC area. Reviews of the place seemed ok. We knew that it was pretty much take out only. There were a couple of tables but I don't think they were for eating in. I liked that they had some different food than the Chinese places we were used to. The problem was that the food didn't have much flavor. We had a variety of food. Everything from Hunan beef to orange chicken to the hot and sour soup. They even got one of our orders wrong. This place might be a popular take out spot but it is only average. I am sure some items may be really good but not so much ours. And the Mombo sauce is different and unique. But it might be an acquired taste.

I don't order take out often, but when I do, this is where I Igo. I usually order the lunch special which is in effect until 3pm. I mostly order vegetable egg foo young and it's always good. Also the hot & sour soup is always good too.

I love this place it has become my favorite carryout you have you try the Honey wings with fries or fried rice. And they have Rock Creek Pineapple most of the time

I’ve been going to this place at least 10+ years. Over the past year or 2, I’ve been letting this hint of attitude slide from the main woman at the front. She always would get smart when I had to ASK for mumbo sauce when I get wings. Now, why do I need to ask for something that should be automatic since you sell wings and fries in DC? She would catch a slight attitude. Another time, my brother and I ordered food and came back in 10 minutes and she pretended she didn’t remember him ordering when he came back in to pick up. Finally, yesterday, I ordered a chicken and broccoli lunch special. I got there and it was almost $15. I asked her what my order was since it was so expensive. She said a “Large Chicken and Broccoli” and i told her i didn't order that, i asked for a LUNCH. The scowl on her face, the attitude she had! I think if she could spit in my food she would. Not to mention, she was yelling in her language so I know she was talking about me. She just reboxed my food and said “ well, now your order is under $10. You have to pay cash!” . “ Well add on a drink then. Who do you think you’re talking to.” She must have lost her mind sitting in that booth all day. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back!

After Years & Years of supporting this business even doing other negative experiences I will not give my money to them ever again. I called in an order for steak & cheese & given the number 43. When I attempted to pickup the usual cashier was disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. She slammed the sliding door open, placed many order tickets in front of me saying “WHICH ONE IS YOURS Ma’am”!!! as if I can understand her short hand writing. I just walk out because I didn’t have the words to express..

I did a delivery order and had 3 wings and shrimp egg foo young, I called to let them know they didn’t give me wings instead they gave me crab ragoon, pies me off because that was for my child I called to let the lady know and she hung up on me this place is disrespectful and I do not recommend,

Order shrimp brocoli on the go since i was really hungry dashing.. receive only 4shimps and the rest only broccoli.. I called to complaint.. but as to take picture or bring ti them but i was so hungry that I've eaten everything.. but went back with tray empty.. i laught at me as i explaint to them.. i said i would never order again.. they say we don't care. This people are naive and selfish. Anyways I'll order somewhere else.

When I called the lady got frustrated because she didn’t know what combination lo-Mai is . So she asked me what was in it I told her I am not sure so she hang up the phone on me. Will not be ordering from here again.
