Food was okay. The restaurant was very quiet/no energy and less than 1/4 full. Our server was responsive, but it took a long time to receive our food in a non-busy restaurant. Also, the server had to return to the kitchen three separate times for things that we asked for when we first ordered.

We had the Tast of Gatsby Saturday Brunch. We were on the top floor of the restaurant and the noise level was low. Everything was delicious, our sever was great! There were doggie bags to take home and we will definitely do this again!!

The food was absolutely delicious. We did the all you can eat after 4 PM on a Sunday along with the unlimited drinks for 90 minutes and everything was so good.!

We went out of the way to travel to Gatsby's on a recent trip because I remembered they had the best matzoh ball soup. (It's used to have noodles too!). This time is was no different than any other MBS and it was a disappointment.

This was a great spot for happy hour! We will be back for brunch. Our bill was affordable for happy hour and the drinks were great! The food was great as well, I think it's a nice spot for happy hour and I love that the happy hour lasts for a while.

Reserved an early table, bottomless, and The Gatsby. They owe me nothing. The service was quick, drinks and food were amazing. Our server was on point!

Overall decent experience as a first time diner. Check in and seating were swift. It took a while for a server to come over and provide water, even then their approach and service was a bit underwhelming. Our glassware was also dirty. We were able to order food and drinks relatively quick. Chicken and waffles was great. 7/10 experience!

I always have a great time at Gatsby. The food is always on point and their drink selection is excellent. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Classy place for brunch in DC. Go in the spring and sit on the patio before a Nationals game. Or for anytime for that matter.

The food was very mediocre. The ambience is nice but does not make up for the lack in quality in food. Services was pretty slow , and incorrect. Wanted to enjoy but was very disappointed by the brunch

The service was terrific! The team helped make the birthday celebration go smoothly. The food was on point. Thank you all so much.

Gatsby has undeniable visual appeal, boasting a nice view of the stadium which adds to its glamorous ambiance. However, the experience was ultimately disappointing. The food, which I'd describe as "mid," failed to match the scene, and the service was painfully slow. Most frustratingly, the internal music is pumped so loud that conversation is impossible, and this volume war escalates when the stadium has an event, as Gatsby seems to actively compete with the external noise. Even the facility has issues, as the bathrooms are styled so darkly that they are difficult to use. Until the volume and service are addressed, Gatsby is a great place to see, but not a satisfying place to dine.

I was really looking forward to dining at this restaurant, but my experience was unfortunately disappointing due to poor communication about reservation hours. I had made a reservation for 10 p.m., which was available through the restaurant's booking system. However, upon arrival, both the host and the server informed me that the kitchen was closed and that I would not be able to dine because the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. This situation was confusing and frustrating. If the establishment closes at 10 p.m., reservations should not be offered at that time. Guests who make a reservation expect to be seated and served, not turned away at the door. Clear and accurate reservation policies are essential to providing a smooth guest experience. This misunderstanding completely disrupted my dinner plans for the evening and left me scrambling to find another option late at night. I recommend that the management team either adjust the online reservation hours to reflect the true closing time or train staff to communicate these details more clearly in advance. With better coordination and communication, this issue could easily be avoided in the future.

The place is nice but the service was really slow especially for a place that wasn't packed. Also, the food was just okay considering the price. The cinnamon roll was old/hard. Eggs were really good and so was the chicken. The pancakes were cold. Overall, the place needs some work.

My wife and I went to the Gatsby before the Breezy Bowl just to make sure we had something on our stomach. We ordered the calamari, chicken and waffles, and the brisket sandwich. Everything was a 10/10! The food came out so quick And our waitress was the best! I can't remember her name but she was brown skin with short hair and glasses. You will not be disappointed by going to this place!
