This was a wonderful experience for Saturday brunch. The food was delicious, and our waiter (David) was one of the best we've ever had. We are definitely coming back soon!
Our table experienced an issue that I don't really blame the restaurant for. David took the initiative to apologize and bring it to the manager's attention. Rhasheda was good enough to apologize and even comped multiple dishes.
Okay items: Latte with honey, chicken pot pie.
Good: Greta's glamour, black and strawberry milkshake with malt.
Great: Grilled chicken sandwich, cinnamon roll (and I usually hate cream cheese), Caesar salad with grilled chicken.
Excellent: ¡Adios Piña!, deviled egg (though a bit too much mayo and salt), cinnamon swirl French toast.
Best mac and cheese we've had in a restaurant, and probably the best anywhere.
Best crab cake benedict we've ever had. Definitely too salty, but alternating bites of the side salad work nicely.

Ridiculously horrible management.
First of all, we had a reservation and had to wait over 20 min to get seated when we arrived on time.
Secondly, someone I was dining with was a vegetarian and because they barely had any vegetarian options (that’s whatever, that’s up to us to check the menu before deciding to eat there), she asked to sub the bacon on the all American breakfast with something else and they said it would be a $3 up charge. So we asked what is the option since it’s a dietary restriction, and they said to just remove the bacon. After explaining that is not fair to charge the same amount for less food, our waiter, the manager, and the chef had to discuss for over 10 min and finally allowed her to get extra eggs at no cost. She agreed and when asked how she wanted her eggs, she said over easy. I also ordered the all american breakfast, and asked for my eggs scrambled with provolone cheese. I asked what the cheese options were, said provolone was fine, anything but American cheese. The other person I was with asked for the Greek omelet with no lamb (it comes with beef and lamb).
The food came, they brought two all American plates with bacon. My vegetarian friend had to wait another 20 min for her plate to be fixed. When it came, her eggs were scrambled when she asked for over easy. My eggs were scrambled with American cheese, not provolone (not even the biggest deal, but another example of their inability to get things right), and the Greek omelet came with no meat at all. Can’t even lie, the food was pretty good, but it’s hard to enjoy when nothing comes out correctly. We explained this to our server, he said he’ll talk to the manager and see what he can do. All they had to offer was another plate of eggs to be made correctly this time. We denied.
The manager eventually goes around asking how everyone’s food is, we explained all of this to her. She apologized and offered us a cheesecake to compensate. We accepted. Just checked the receipt and they charged us for the cheesecake.

Upon entry for the first time we were intrigued by the aesthetics. The experience of an elevator so eloquent in a restaurant was an added bit of excitement.
The service however lacked when we were seated . Our waitress left , and was attending to others. I had to grasp the attention of another waitress who was kind to take our order. The food was good. We just had to wait so long , due to the neglectful behavior of the waitress. I’m a content creator, and I would definitely put this on my return list (Only for the Brunch Food) until service starts to improve. The ambience is appealing.
