Very good food. Cramped space. Bathroom was dirty when we went.

I lived in the Middle East and this is the most authentic shawarma I’ve had in DC- thin crispy pita, delicious seasonings, great service. Mahmoud was kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!

I’ve visited this place numerous times and adore their food. However, I’m perplexed about the sudden increase in the price of their shawarma combo meals from $13 to $21, Apart from that, there seems to be a slight attitude issue that I believe they could improve upon.

Philly cheesecake is one of the best ever. Has jalapeño which adds some great flavor. Not too spicy, but the sandwich is slightly bland without them, so dont remove them. The cheesesteak is a good size and quite filling. Kebab and other menu items are ok.

The steak and cheese sub is not that great… It’s average. I don’t understand why other people rated the cheesecake so high, when it’s just average. I was bummed because I drove out of my way to go there based on the highly positive reviews.

Shawarma was pretty good. Since I am Arabic and know the taste of shawarma in Arabic countries, I find it much more delicious there. However, it was still good here. The staff was also very nice. And they also have Arabic ayran yogurt 👍🏼👍🏼

This place is so overrated. The food has no taste at all, and the portions are really small for the price. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. Definitely not worth it.

I had the cheesesteak. Let me tell you, this thing was loaded with meat. I didn’t even ask for extra meat. I got the side also which came with fries that are crispy, pickles, cucumbers, carrots, and a dip. Walked in and ordered. Took them 5-10 mins. Staff is super friendly. Restaurant is clean. Highly recommend.

I have been customer for almost 3 years.
Last two time i came there is something different specifically in the cheese steak!
Lots of Jalapeño. Not cooked well ! And this is for both chicken and meat !
After eating this I had a very bad pain ! Because of the jalapeños.
It’s quick service. But also before they gave napkins and more care about the customer. Even if they are busy!

I have visited this place more than once. On my first visit, three years ago, the food was good. I usually order a cheese steak. It was good. However, the last two times, no, because the taste of the jalapeno has become overwhelming on the sandwich. I do not recommend trying it. Likewise, I do not recommend trying the falafel. The only thing that still maintains its taste is the shawarma. I hope it does not change.

Delicious food, although pricey. There’s no service at all but they expect a tip lol.
