Really solid burgers here. The smash style has that great crispy edge and juicy bite, and the Ghostburger itself is packed with flavor. Fries came out hot and crunchy, which I loved. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that it took a little longer than expected for the food to come out, and the space can feel a bit tight. Still, the quality of the burger and the fun flavor combos make this spot worth checking out.

We were in DC for a quick trip and happened upon Ghostburger. I love the order set up. We walked in and placed our order for dine in and found a nice little table. The food was really delicious. My only complaint is that there was no actual cheese available-American and “whiz” maybe there was blue cheese, but I’m not a blue cheese kind of person. So both me and my daughter opted for no “cheese” on our meals. The food was delicious. It was fresh. It was fast. The milkshake was tasty. I highly recommend - especially if you like “whiz.”
The service at Ghost Burger in was atrocious. I went there on 9/6/2025 with a friend and ordered dinner. The service was terrible. Neither of us felt welcome, the staff was unfortunately not friendly and the food was mediocre. There are so many restaurants in DC, please save yourself the time and money

Get a signature cocktail to sip on as you devour your ghost burger and one of their delectable sides. Top it off with a sweet treat like their ghost crispy treat. Went for Happy Hour. Order at bar, fast service. Burgers were excellent, as was the chicken sandwich. Fries and onion rings were also delicious. Sliders were, well sliders, so small, but tasty. Overall, decent place, but lacked some atmosphere... But it was 5pm on a Monday so maybe it's busier other times...

I visit Ghostburgers once a year or so, travel to DC for work. On my first week on Low-carb diet I tried the Ghostburger without the bun. It was excellent, and even better with bun (did try that earlier). Skipped the fries but they look nice (I have tried them, they look good however not that great). The interior of this place is so cool. I love the color scheme, pink and black. I will definitely come here again for the bun-less Ghostburger. Since I was working that day I did not try the Cocktails (draft cocktails $7 😲), but they looked dilicious! Maybe next time I will choose better off-duty time for my visit.

Giving this 4* because the cheese steak says it comes in a sarcone roll, and as a Philadelphia, no it does not, and it's kinda a mid roll at that. Otherwise, high marks on the burgers.

Delicious burger and fries. Excellent sauces and well cooked. How've we arrived 10 min after 9 and we're informed we'd only have 45 min to eat. How rude. Then we were also told they couldn't make milkshakes. Classic McDonald's story where they don't want to clean the machine. Food is delicious. Service is lazy. Then sodas come in tiny glasses with no refills. Then there's restroom. It's marked out of service yet it's clean and worked just fine. An establishment of liars though.
If you don't mind dishonest treatment and like delicious burgers, it's worth it

I had a less than satisfactory experience at the restaurant. While I was dining, I requested a Pepsi and was told I needed to pay for it immediately, even though I mentioned I would pay at the end of my meal. When I finished eating and tried to settle the bill, I was informed that the system was closed, even though it could have been processed. Additionally, the staff member who took my order was not very accommodating, which affected the overall experience.
