Vegetarian options: I went in Valentine’s Day with friends. They offer a vegetarian option of falafel that is upcharged $2.00 makes a normal $11 burger $13-$14 because they make it “in house”. just was a disappointing excuse. I specifically checked the website before for the veggie option, which was not offered on the menu when I arrived. sauce is extra. No fries. I got the mushroom Philly & it did not hit. mushrooms too chunky and not resembling cheese steak at all. Not for vegetarians but tries to scam them.
Dietary restrictions: Not vegetarian friendly. fries are an extra, don’t come with burger. Also all burgers are made elsewhere and not in house.

Really good burgers. Across from the Convention Center. An easy spot to meet us with some friends before the Auto Show. I only rated low on service because everything was either QR code ordering or at a counter, so not traditional service. But the food was brought out with a smile. I would absolutely go back. Great quasi-fast casual spot specializing in burgers. They also had some brunch options.

I've ordered takeout from this place a few times, and the food is great. But the last time I ordered, the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address. I called and asked them to redeliver, and a completely different driver failed to deliver my food.
This was not the restaurant's fault at all, and but they were helpful and understanding, and refunded me the money even though they made the food twice. Excellent customer service and great food, definitely recommend.
Burger didn't blow me away. Seemed like a pre made patty. Onion rings were the truth though.

Today I visited Ghostburger and had an outstanding experience! The burgers were delicious—perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients that made every bite amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I’d like to especially thank to Mr. Mario and David, for his excellent customer service. He was helpful, made great recommendations, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone craving a tasty and yummy burger 🍔 !
