My Chicken wasn’t well cooked , The phone doesn’t work so you’re unable to place an order or call the restaurant, A lot of stuff on the menu was unavailable. I received Poor service for the amount I spent.

Been African and haven’t been home in a while and seeing a taste of home away from home, I had to check it out. I have mixed feelings, a tad disappointed but kudos to the management for the idea. It’s giving home, very mindful and demure😁. BUT the quality is the food isn’t it at all, i ordered noodle, egg and beef suya and turkey suya. The noodle is a little salty and spicy so if you love spicy food then this will make you sweat. The beef is tasty but dry and same with the turkey suya. The turkey suya tasted like it was made days ago and it was warmed too long and the moisture is sucked out. I will give this place another try and see if anything changes. You can make your recommendation based on this review.

Gidi Chow is Lagos street food extraordinaire and the vibes are straight out of a Lagos beer parlor. The communal feeling you get as soon as you walk in the door is second to none. They say it takes a village to raise a child, but it takes a Gidi Burger to raise some suspicions as to whether or not the chef is putting their foot in the food. 10/10, will be visiting again soon. The CEO greeted me with a warm smile and assured me of a quality culinary experience and he undoubtedly delivered.

Gidi Chow stands out as an exceptional West African dining experience, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. From the moment you step inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere transports you straight to the heart of West Africa. The decor, with its vibrant colors and traditional artwork, sets the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable meal.

The menu is a delightful journey through West African cuisine, offering a variety of dishes that showcase rich flavors and authentic ingredients. Each dish is meticulously prepared, and the presentation is both beautiful and appetizing. The Jollof rice is a must-try, bursting with a perfect blend of spices and accompanied by tender, flavorful meats. The Egusi soup is another standout, with its hearty, comforting taste and generous portions.

Service at Gidi Chow is impeccable. The staff is not only knowledgeable about the menu but also passionate about sharing the stories behind each dish. Their recommendations are spot-on, and they go above and beyond to ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Whether you are familiar with West African cuisine or trying it for the first time, Gidi Chow offers an authentic and delicious adventure that leaves you wanting more. It's a true gem in the culinary landscape, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a taste of West Africa.
