Waffle and green tea milk foam was amazing and I highly recommend the combo together. For people who also don’t like too much sweet the 30% was a great amount for me. I would comeback for the unique milk foam tea that they serve here and the timely service didn’t take long at all
Karaage. Matcha. Calpico.
Staff is super nice, and drinks are delicious than rosslyn location, definitely recommend this location. Even though they didn't have ice cream for waffles everything else made up for it 😊
Gong cha is located in DC's Chinatown. I was in the area for a conference and had walked around to explore. A kind young lady I spoke with while walking recommended Gong Cha as a place where I could get some tea. I was amazed at the easy kiosk I ordered my custom Oolong tea on. The people here were pretty busy, but they didn't seem rude. They made my Oolong Tea with only 30% ice and no sugar. Tea came out perfect! If I find myself visiting DC again, I'm definitely stopping here again to try their food options.
Ordinary bubble tea shop with ordinary classical milk tea. Nothing to complement but also nothing to complain. A safe choice for milk tea.
Horrible customer service. Came in and while deciding on what to drink said we are closed. Won’t recommend.
If I could put 0 stars I would. They raised the price of my order by 10 dollars and then when I’m forced to cancel my order I’m charged a 45 dollar fee for absolutely no food. The restaurant didn’t bother to call; they just raised the price after placing my order; this is the most dishonest restaurant I have ever ordered from. Run, these people are thieves.
They have promotion displayed but said it starts next week after we made valid purchase
Tarot milk tea with bubbles was delicious and everything you want in a Taiwanese dessert drink - tasted fantastic and authentic, definitely give it a go!
There are such limited and not the classic bubble tea flavors/types at Gong cha, just not my favorite bubble tea place but service was great

Boba was not bad. The place had one other customer sitting down when I entered during the weekend. However, the worker was taking her time to clean her phone behind the counter, even after making eye contact. I stood right in front of her...but she did not even bother glancing up until I finally said something.

This Gong Cha is sub par compared to the other gong cha locations I've been to before. The drinks, at the same sugar level as have had other locations, were sweeter than they should be. Also, the bathroom here is out of order ?

I got the caramel milk tea with crème brûlée foam with 30% sugar/ sweetness. Tops every single drink I’ve had in the dmv area!

Decent boba place - a little pricier but not too bad for a city. But they got our drinks wrong and when we asked about getting a new drink made correctly they just said that's how the drink is supposed to be (it wasn't). We even showed the order and the drink and they just kind of shrugged.
