$8 tea.
Drinks are majorly water(no actual milk), pearls are low quality, there are powder clots in the drink.

Super nice staff. They made a mistake on an order by accident and instead of throwing it away, they offered it to my son. Such a nice gesture.
The shop is really clean and offers a friendly atmosphere.

Gong Cha in Georgetown was overall a pretty standard bubble tea experience—nothing particularly special, but it met expectations. Ordering was convenient with two kiosks available, and the drinks tasted just as expected. The interior didn’t feel especially clean, which was a bit of a downside.
However, the egg waffle was absolutely perfect—crispy and delicious! I’d definitely come back just for the waffle.

Atmosphere is warm/hot/humid. There's no AC here and clearly understaffed. There are napkins on the floor and service slow (most likely bc it's understaffed)

The coconut drink is soooo delicious, asked for less sweet and boba … I’m craving it right now!
Jelina was very very helpful and made us the best tea, at first it was a little too sweet for me and they fixed it for me with no charge right away, highly recommended!
The staff were rude and impatient. They were obviously understaffed so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. They weren’t friendly or welcoming much at all. The taro drink I ordered was powedery and the aftertaste was horrible. Do not recommend, there are much better places out there.

Service was a bit slow, but the tea was great: not too sweet and not too strong a tea flavor. The pearls in my drink had a perfect consistency, which is not something I often come across. TwoSet Violin's favorite tea (black milk tea with pearls, half sugar, less ice) gave me a great desire to practice 40 hours.
Pretty good boba tea and coffee options. They were a bit busy, but i felt we were attended to fairly quick even with the rush. There are 2 easy to use kiosks that can be used to order, which allows the employees to focus on preparing orders. Their creme brulee Vietnamese coffee was really delicious!
Gongcha is hands down one of my favorite bubble tea spots! The flavors are always on point, and the variety of options makes it hard to choose just one. Whether I’m in the mood for something fruity or creamy, they have the perfect drink for any craving.
Their bubble tea is always freshly made, and the boba is perfectly chewy. I love customizing my drinks, from the sweetness level to the toppings—especially their signature pearls and the smooth milk foam. Every sip is refreshing and delicious!
Highly recommend Gongcha if you're a bubble tea lover—great flavors, quick service, and always a treat!
Very good tea. Pretty pricy but yk you get what you paid for.
Easy to order with the kiosk. Various flavors with boba tea. It was a little busy but the staff working through the orders. Had the mango milk and the pearl milk tea. A little disappointed when I saw the powders after I had already ordered. If someone has mobility issues, it would be a little difficult navigating down the stairs towards the basement level of the establishment.
