Always busy, but seriously the best burger in town (if not the world), so it's worth the wait. I grew up on Good Stuff burgers and shakes. The Prez Obama burger (I think now known as the Prez Burger) with house fries (rosemary and all things delicious) with a toasted marshmallow shake (or cherry blossom if it's in season) is to DIE for. Also Spike's Sunnyside burger is delicious. Highly highly recommend for tourists looking for a dope local find.

I came to this place on the recommendation of @Resilentos. It turned out to be disappointing. Even though the food is tasty, the service is not the best, the atmosphere is not pleasant and at least I saw a rat. But I must insist that the food is tasty.

I tried contacting you guys but I haven’t gotten an answer the picture should explain itself.
We always take our DC visitors to eat here but on Saturday we were so mortified by the treatment of your staff. (He had Miriah over one eyebrow) He kept cutting us off while trying to order and was extremely impatient. It was clear he wasn’t hearing us and getting our order correct so we repeated it twice; two combos with shakes, one combo with a drink and one sandwich. When we picked up the order we only had one shake, and when we brought it to his attention his caustic reaction was so rude and hostile telling us we did not and if we wanted another shake he was going to charge us for it. Our visitors were from out of the country and we were so embarrassed by his aggressive behavior we actually paid a second time for our shake. Your staff is in great need of training in costumer service and basic manners. So frustrated to pay double and leave a tip for this kind of behavior and treatment. We will have to find a new place to take our company so we won’t have to apologize for their experience in your establishment.

In my opinion this is the best place in Georgetown for a good burger with good atmosphere. The second floor eating area is great, there is almost always space to sit at a table. They keep the restaurant and eating area clean and organized, and it has clean bathrooms. The burgers are very good, fries are great too, and they have good shakes. For being Georgetown, the prices are very reasonable as well.

Food was great. They served Idaho potatoes! I thought it was funny I flew 2200 miles from home to eat some. The fry sauces were really good. They were very different from what we have back home in Idaho!
