Outstanding service and fresh food! Was headed back to the airport and stopped for lunch on the very day the Nationals won the NLCS to advance to the WS. Awesome experience in this restaurant. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent dinner, staff was great and we all had a great meal.

The ABSOLUTELY worst service EVER! Curtis has ZERO and I mean ZERO customer service skills.

Wayne Jacques

The service was poor. The food took way too long to be brought to our table. If you want to sit at the bar and just drink, then fine. Otherwise, find another place for food.

The service was absolutely terrible. We waited 27 minutes after being seated upon a reservation to receive drinks on the table.

Asked for medium steak came well done. They remade it came out purple. Mashed potatoes were cold shrimp were hard as a rock. My wife's shrimp tacos were also cold. My cousins steak ordered medium was also well done. Do not recommend!!

Typical franchise food, pressed to make profits by buying lower quality input.

My wife and I have gone a couple of times and had a reasonably good experience. We've always found the service really thoughtful and attentive. At some point we ended up on an email list and received email coupons and coupons in the mail. However, as we've tried to use them we find that they are only useful at locations that aren't in D.C. (where we live) and are only redeemable at locations that we've never visited. The manager wouldn't work with us or honor any of the coupons that they sent us. So...that's the last they've seen of us.

Have always had a really great time here. Normally come in with a group, sit at a high table, and order a few beers and some small plates to share. Staff has always been very friendly, beer selection is very solid, and the food is good. Fun environment with a cool setup for a higher end sports bar and restaurant.

Gordon Biersch has always been one of my favorite places to eat. This location is no different. Friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Great beer and their beloved garlic fries.

Demetrius, Everett, and Derek were AMAZING- so helpful and customer focused! As a prior server of 5 years, I can honestly say our original server, Brittany, was terrible- she refused serve us, even though we were properly seated by a manager (we didn’t have menus in front of us, and she didn’t believe we were seated by a hostess, so I proceeded to go inside to confirm with the person who seated us in front of her, which apparently annoyed her enough to make her leave us). It takes a lot for me to say something, but we were getting kicked out of our seats on the Nationals World Series game 3, and even security was on our side.. Everyone was pretty nice (the three mentioned earlier were great), but Brittany was awful.

Ate there twice in one day during the World Series, had the fish tacos for lunch and the chicken tacos for dinner. Both were excellent. Waitress did a great job considering how busy the restaurant was.

So my friend and I decided to come here for Happy Hour before we head to the Watch-Party! She ordered the Southwest Egg rolls and they were delicious! I ordered the Mango Blackened Shrimp, which was excellent! Everything was good until I got to the black beans (hence the negative star) they were cold! I don't believe in returning food unless the order is completely screwed! But overall the food is great, great atmosphere! I will be back *this is not my first time here*

It's my favorite place to go. They have an excellent list of wines, cocktails and, of course, different kinds of beer. The food is excellent, and prices are average for DC.

Dedicated to ASHLEY "Ashley" at the front desk is absolutely RUDEE. I wouldn't post this if it weren't absolutely necessary - she needs some serious training. Just a few minutes ago I tried to see how long the wait was and she only asked me "do you have a reservation" I said "no" and she shooowwed me with her hand, made a face and ignored me. What kind of front desk person is this??? What kind of service is this or a way to speak to someone? I had one question. I would like a manager to call me.
