I ordered fried shrimp and lobster. It was delivered to my hotel. The shrimp was very good but only 1 piece of lobster was meat. The other 2 pieces were fried shells with NO meat. I was still hungry when I finished and very disappointed. I contacted the restaurant to complain and they have been blowing me off for over 2 weeks. Do NOT order the fried lobster.

Going to a restaurant by Gordon Ramsay I had high expectations. The food was acceptable and I liked the tartar sauce, but the upkeep of the place was not the standard I would expect from Mr Ramsay. The place wasn't that busy but I had to ask for the table to be cleaned. Had to ask for forks because the fork bin wasn't filled. One bathroom was out of order and the other was out of soap and paper towels.

Lashawn at Gordon Ramsey- Wharf was amazing!! She helped me place my order - explaining there is ONLY self check out now - the cashiers have been taken away. I fumbled threw a crowed day in the summer - and not so crowded this evening - but I still needed help to get my order in - as did the customers at the next kiosk. Unfortunately, Bathroom out, ice cream machine down and no sofa or water options. Prices haven’t changed. Despite these issues, Lashawn’s kindness and patience truly made the experience better.

Food was good but would be better if batter on food wasn't thick and doughy

Literally so expensive for mostly fries and the smallest little excuses of protein. If what I got was served to me on Hells Kitchen I think Gordon would have had an aneurysm.

McDicks filet o' fish is better than this! This meal was one of the most disappointing meals ive had in D.C. I wasn't bothered by the price until I received the order and saw the pathetic fish strips. I honestly thought they accidentally sent me chickent strips. The fish flavour wasn't bad because it was flavourless, the fries were like any fry you can order at any fast food place, the cocktail sauce was so boring I thought it was ketchup, and the tartar sauce tasted like mayo with some dill flakes. I love tartar sauce so i ordered extra, they charged me $2.55 for a 2 ounce container! I also ordered a biscoff small shake, dont bother with this overpriced drink, 5.00 bucks for 8 oz of noring milk, dont think so. If someone cooked this for Gordon Ramsey, he would throw it against a wall and ask for his money back. If you're in the mood for fish and chips, Google search for a pub in the area, I promise it will be better, Long John Silvers would be better. It's obvious GR didnt come up with the recipe for any of this..

We ate lunch here on a Saturday. It was our first time eating at a Fish and Chips. We got Cod with the bacon fries and Shrimp with truffle fries. The food was amazing. It is nice to be able to pick two dipping sauce options from 4-5 choices. It is a bit pricey but well worth the cost. We highly recommend this restaurant.

We gave this place a try just because it has Gordon Ramsay’s name in it and boy oh boy it was phenomenal! It smelled like freshly cooked fried food. We had the fish and chips— yummy! They even had their own napkins and the playlist had all the British rockers— great experience, great price, great food! Excellent service, clean restaurant. Well done Ne. Ramsay!

I am giving one star for the Ramsay corporation taking away the jobs and personal touch of the wonderful people who take orders, explain the menu and process and make people feel like actual people. It is disgraceful that Gordon has sunk so low as to eliminate the human experience to save a few thousand dollars a year. I actually makes me sick and I will never go back as long as I have to order off a screen. Also why no individual pieces of fish or shrimp. You should be able to pay for whatever you desire not forced to eat thier disgusting fries. Be better chef Gordon. Be much much better. Thank you
