Absolutely gross, dirty, and terrible customer service. Not to mention, I asked for two extra packets of sweet-and-sour sauce and you would have thought I asked for the entire inventory. Just nasty, just rude. Just playing disrespectful with no sense of customer service skills.

The only reason this place is still in business is because there are no local Chinese Carryout’s nearby. The lady who answers the phone customer service is horrible and gets worse by year. If you have time try HONG KONG CARRYOUT on East Capitol ST or if you’re not looking for American Chinese food try Young Chow on Pennsylvania AVE. This place IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

The WORSTTTTT customer service ever. I’m from nyc and even the Bronx has 5 star service compared to this woman. Also overpriced . I feel bad for people who have to eat this place when they want Chinese takeout , what a disaster ?
