Phenomenal experience - we did the 6 course tasting with the paired wine!!! Our server and sommelier were very knowledgeable and catered towards our taste too! We had a complimentary glass of champagne with our amuse bouche!
Went during restaurant week back in February, and I was pleasantly surprised. Although their halibut fell a little short for my palate, the all other dishes were quite good. Wide selection of wines and the pairings were good. Additionally, the dessert they are known for is delicious. I would go back just for the dessert as it was incredibly unique.
We loved our dinner at Gravitas. The service was extremely friendly and professional, the food was great - we were more than full, and enjoyed the complexity and variety of the dishes, and the atmosphere felt elevated but not stuffy. Favorites were the lobster velouté and the wagyu. Absolutely delicious!
