We loved Gravitas. The food was delicious, from the bread to dessert. Dishes were plated beautifully and our waiters explained each dish to us. Great creativity translated to delicious food. The sear on the Salmon was perfect.

First of all. The atmosphere is amazing! Very well moderated interior design. The drink was great, our service was excellent and absolutely amazing. But we had to be honest, we were slightly disappointed with the food quality. They were not bad, but also not great. I would say they were not well balanced between the spices. We did the 4- courses tasting menu. the tuna sashimi was a bit overly soaked in the sauce, a bit too salty too. The pasta was super sour, it hit really hard...
