Updated to add that I emailed them twice, based on the below reply, and have not heard a peep.Placed an online order that was never fulfilled and never cancelled. We have tried calling them for two days now - the phone goes straight to voicemail, and the message says the mailbox is full. They have stolen our money, avoid at all costs!

First time at Grazie Grazie, and it's not bad !The food is correct, the size is big, especially the sandwich. The salad was good too, even if it was a little bit too much dressing in it. I found the bottom of the lettuce in my salad (last photo). You never put this part in a salad, that's a big mistake...Overall, it's a good stop to eat quickly.The service is fast.Decoration is nice.

I strongly discourage a visit to this establishment!My mother and I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich (Sunday 25 Feb), about 2-3 hours after consumption I developed severe diarrhea, while my mother vomited in the evening, the next morning and afternoon.I intend to escalate the issue.
So sad about this one. I got the Retzo and the entire sandwich was so dry. It had zero moisture and the cutlets were incredibly dried out as well. It tasted like cardboard. The mozzarella cubes tasted very bland as well. Maybe I went on a bad day? So disappointed.

I used to love coming here for a cheesesteak but lately it seems like the quality of meat has been changed drastically. The “steak” is chewy, has a weird texture, and I almost broke a tooth on something hard in it (I’m guessing a bone or tendon? Which prompted me to write this review). I can no longer justify going here or suggesting it to friends. They have changed for the worst. Super disappointed and disgusted.

This experience was so disgusting. Almost choked on disgusting and filty fingernail. Ruined my evening. I notice someone else had a loose screw in their dish. Have felt ill all night after this terrible experience. The District requires gloves when prepping sandwiches. Obviously will never order from here again.

Seems like they’re trying to be a sub shop/deli esque join with ipad ordering and counter pick up but the environment doesn’t really match. Food is alright but super overpriced for what you’re getting.There are definitely better options in the Wharf at a similar price point.
