Grazie Grazie has amazing pizza. I work right around the corner. My coworkers and I go here way too much but the food is great and it keeps bringing us back! The mozzarella cubes and pizzas are our favorites.
The first couple of times was weird because the pickup station is not where you pick up your food and the first time we ordered, the restaurant accepted an order when they were closed so we had to ask for refunds the next day. It's been smooth as possible since then and the staff is always super friendly!!

Racial profile every Latino person that came in and employees Latino he gave them the order before me. This is very bad on this restaurant behalf. Need to check customer service.

Sandwiches - among the best in DC. Customer service - among the absolute worst. Not only is there no phone number available on the website, but after placing a pickup order and unfortunately needing to cancel due to an emergency, I tried calling the number on my receipt five times. I left two messages. I sent an email. Didn't receive a single call back to say whether or not my order would be able to be cancelled, so I had to sprint over and get it. For a business with three locations, I find this wildly absurd.

5/5 .. My Philly cheesesteak was the bomb👌🏼.. The guy working at the counter was also very kind. The only thing I didn’t like is that the restaurant doesn’t accept cash, but everything worked out.

Come here for lunch pretty often. Have tried most of the things on the menu. Everythings pretty good from 3-4.2/5. and the service is pretty efficient. Wish they spoke English a little better sometimes but who am i. Only real knock is the lack of AC and how opening the store front does nothing sometimes. Overall: 4.2/5 all things considered

This was one of the worst cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. Just salt, no depth of flavor. This is the second time I’ve tried this place and been underwhelmed. Will not be coming back

I was the first customer of the day as soon as they opened up. Had their version of a chicken parm sandwich with vodka sauce. There was also a generous sizes of mozzarella cheese on it. Sandwich was great. The tables were not very clean from the day before. They eventually attended to it after being open for 20 minutes. Can’t go wrong with getting a hot sandwich here.

We ordered sandwiches through Uber eats. We were required to choose our “bread”. The only options were wrap or lettuce wrap (both options had an up charge) but the sandwiches are advertised on sesame seed rolls so we chose “wrap” and asked for them to sub it out for the sesame rolls. We didn’t get the sesame rolls and we paid extra for something we didn’t want but were forced to choose. There’s also no number for any of the restaurants to call. Not ordering from here again.
