My boyfriend and I used to come here often and enjoyed the food. However, our most recent order here had undercooked chicken breast in the sandwich and we had to throw it away. We reached out to the restaurant 4 different times over 3 weeks to get a refund, twice by their online inquiry page (they don’t have a phone number) and twice via their Instagram page. I even had pictures of the sandwich showing the undercooked chicken and our order receipt. After my first message on Instagram, I was told a manager would reach out to me to help process the refund and got no response. The second time I messaged them, they saw it and did not respond. We won’t be returning until they refund us at the very least. It’s a shame because we generally do like their food but people can get really sick from this and it’s not like their food is cheap by any means.

We tried to be open minded after hearing mixed reviews. We should have listened… we both got the Philly special it was very dry filled with lettuce onions and tomatoes were on top of the sandwich we asked for grilled and got extra red onion. Asked for extra mayo and I think they forgot. We were also missing the bacon. Sloppy presentation taste and way too many missing ingredients…. Also is was very hot inside

I used to love this place. The new salads are terrible. The option to build my own salad is no longer available. You lost a 3x a week customer with this dumb move.

The NYC Bodega sandwich is awesome. I wish I had asked for extra Caesar, but otherwise - amazing!

When only my bag was stapled I should’ve known they were trying to get away with something. I ordered the NYC bodega with breaded chicken. Little did i know my chicken would be burnt!! It also tasted like old grease so I’m sure they just refried the cutlet and hoped i wouldn’t open until i got home. My mistake. I’m sad because this was the one spot I knew i need to hit while visiting the city.

Amazing food. We got the NYC bodega and the Retzo sandwiches with fried chicken which were both delicious and perfect size for a lunch

Amazing food ! Sandwiches are great. Great taste for a great price. Potato salad doesn’t disappoint at all. The chocolate cookies are soft. I made a last minute catering order and Leo the manager from Grazie made it possible! Thank you so much to her and her incredible team! The picture doesn’t do the food justice but everything was incredible.

As someone from the philly area, it's the only philly cheesesteak appropriation I'll accept. Staff was incredibly accommodating with my special request of mushrooms and sauce. Ricotta balls were also crazy good!!

There are times when you walk past some place and after a while you take a chance and go inside. Today I went to “Grazie Grazie” located at 1875 K Street, WDC. The store layout is incredible because you know from the start that you’re eating either inside or taking it to go. I placed my order via a very large screen with visual pictures and descriptions of the items. The menu is very vast from pizza to sandwiches. Today I got a “Marathon and Waffle Fries.” This was hands down the BEST sandwich that I’ve had in a very long time. The ingredients were fresh, and amazing cuts of meats and the freshest bread. My Waffle Fries were great, and the entire meal was delicious. This was definitely the first time I’ve been to this restaurant, but it won’t be my last. Enjoy!

For $17 (no sides or drink included) I expected a decent sandwich. But the chicken was thin and dry, and the bread was stale. A massive ripoff for the price. I'll never go back.

Wish I could rate this higher bc I heard good things. I ordered the vodka sauce chicken sandwich which was fine, but the bread was incredibly hard (and not in a good way that added value to the sandwich). Every table was dirty and it wasn’t even busy when I went. I also can’t believe they are charging $3.50 for an off brand bottled water. Can’t really rate the service since you order it at a kiosk and pick it up. Overpriced for what I experienced.
