This review is not entented to be bad in a way but It was something I was not expecting. This review is for thoes who are interested in going. This place is not for young adults, there are mosty older individuals then younger. And felt uncomfortable being the only one in my 20s. There are half naked men everywhere. This is not a bar. It's a strip club. So if you are open and want to go out here. Go with a friend. Usually everyone elce is with someone elce. It was my mistake...
Many bars that traditionally have male patrons all around the world have make lengths to try to be more inclusive, but few go out of their way to find out what that actually means. Mario at Green Lantern went out of his way to accommodate my female guest, which beyond it being helpful in the moment, really shows their call to actually including not just us gay men; but our guests as well. Cannot sing Mario and this bars praises enough. If you are in DC and want to goto a legacy...
The Green lantern is always a fun place to go and hang out. It's always crowded and it's always a good looking crowd. We were here during pride weekend and it was jam-packed.
