Just the rudest barista ever and has compelled me to write my first ever negative review. I ordered a hot coffee today around 11am and it was cold. When I politely informed the barista, she denied it! She went on to open the lid, lifted it to her eyes and was looking for the warm vapors in front of me :D :D. There was no apology instead I was rudely told, that this will take 5 minutes. I joined my colleague and the coffee was never brought to me or called out and I left the cafe 15 minutes later without any coffee that I paid for with a 18% tip at the time of ordering. Still can’t believe that this happened today.

Great cold brew! We saw this coffee shop in a few locations around town during our visit, and were excited to stop by and try it. The cold brew was delicious - I definitely recommend having one if you like iced coffees. The hot drip coffee was also great! The decor is cute, and there’s plenty of seating. My only constructive critique is that the team members working didn’t greet us when we walked in - they just looked at us…which was really awkward. When we engaged them by asking questions and ordering, they were nice, so that was a good thing. Coffee and ambiance were great, so I’d visit again next time I’m in DC. I recommend!

I stopped by today around 3 PM for a midday snack. I usually get coffee here, but I decided to try something different. The cookies and cream smoothie were really good-- Rich in chocolate with finely crushed cookies that added to the flavor. I loved it! 😍

This is a modern place to have a coffee. The staffs are very committed and friendly. The food is very tastable and beautiful. But unfortunately the space, common area, is very short and don't accommodate many people.
