Terrible service! Ask me to order on the screen and then once I paid told me that they didn’t have the smoothie. Could not be reimbursed! And their blueberries muffins have no blueberries! I like Gregory’s coffee usually but this is one is not a great place at all!

Juanita & Milagro at Gregorys Coffee on 1900 L Street are awesome! They always make my very specific (and slightly obnoxious) latte with patience and a smile. Don't let the fact that this is a chain fool you, the coffee and espresso are delicious. The atmosphere is great for getting some solo work done, business meetings or catching up with a friend. However, what really makes the atmosphere is the friendly staff that remembers you after one visit. If you want to avoid GenX baristas that roll their eyes when you place an order then start your mornings with Juanita & Milagro. Ellas son las mejores! <3

Horrible Service. I thought I was invisible. I waked in and it was completely empty with a lady behind the counter. I stood in front of the counter for literally over 5 minutes and never was acknowledged. She was preparing mobile orders I believe, but not once did she say “I’ll be right with you” “give me a sec” nothing. A man walked in with a trash bin, went behind the counter, and proceeded to rip off the mobile orders and start placing the stickers on cups. This is when I knew forsure I was Casper the ghost. I was totally confused that not only did the lady never acknowledge my presence, the man completely ignored my existence. I finally asked, was I supposed to order with a barcode (placed in front of the register) or with one of them, they both stopped and looked at me with confusion and like “the audacity to ask that” and the man said in a whisper … “with me, in a minute”. Before I snapped from the disrespect, I decided to walk out and find another coffee shop.
