Staff is excellent and attentive. Cold brew and matcha late I had were delicious, I recommend the salted caramel cold brew!

Finally, a chain that makes good coffee! The cappuccino was perfectly foamy, and the coffee had a nice chocolatey smoothness.Only complaint is that I got the coffee in a paper cup even when it wasn’t to-go. Is this a new DC thing? This wasn’t the first cafe to do this Dietary restrictions: Vegan milk substitutes available

Unfortunately this was the first place I had to file a credit card dispute in about 10 months. Me and my girlfriend came in, and ordered our food politely, even tipped for just the simple counter service. The lady made our coffee and mine was too small, and I checked the receipt to verify. I went back up. She simply added more to it, didn’t apologize. This was the just beginning. We are waiting 30 minutes for our two food items to come out. Someone else comes in, orders food, and gets his. I ask her if our food is almost done and she forgot to even make it. Again, no apology. Then she corrects me “I was right earlier, you did order a small” even thought I SHOWED her on the receipt where it should be two mediums. To top it all off, she throws our food on the counter. And I have to ask which food is which. And guess what….. it was undercooked. My pregnant girlfriend had to eat undercooked meat. Unfortunately I think there was some biases involved with the lady, but we tried to remain respectful. Contacted the company by email and never got a reply. Never going again
Best coffee we had in the east coat this trip. Might not mean much to Americans, but as someone used to European coffee, American coffee usually is petty bad, this one was great.The food could be improved though, sandwich arrived cold/mid. and not hot.

Wow a simple late makes a difference and comparing the flavor to Starbucks, this place is a winner!! Stop by and try some it’s prob worth your time / money. I didn’t try their food as I usually not a fan of food at coffee place. This review is only on the drink and atmosphere when compared to other locations (ex Starbucks located around the corner).

I ordered the salted caramel cold brew. It had flavor that tasted real and not fake. I really enjoyed that part however, it was so sweet I could barely drink it. I was expecting coffee not a sweet milky drink made of pure sugar. I just think they need to find a way to tone down the sugar in that drink!
