My GrubHub pickup order was prepared in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and my coffee was fantastic. I really appreciate the option for vegan items on the menu. Try the Fall Oat Boy and Vegan breakfast sandwich, you won't be disappointed.

I just want to say the food is overpriced for the size/ quantity. But the customer service is wonderful from the barista Tyrell. He is super helpful and always has a smile on his face. I sometimes come in and he’s all alone working and he knocks out the register and barista/oven .
His ability to accommodate me and my dairy needs/ preparing my food is amazing and very thoughtful. I’ll only come to this Gregory’s during the times he works just because the service is always 10/10

I wanted to write to you and tell you what multiple experiences I had with 1 of your employees, Mr. Tyrell, here at your Navy Yard location in Washington DC
I am complicated, jump from subject to subject, hard to please at times, and don't know what to pick off the menu and have a million and 1 questions at times. You should know this emotionally intelligent and patient man was not only capable of dealing with my idiosyncrasies but was more than willing to help me out. I'm just 1 person, but you know more than anyone that 'drops fill buckets', all puns intended lol. To that end, I was so impressed with this esteemed man, that I couldn't help but write to you and share my experience with him and recommend this location to others because of this superstar.
If he can ably accommodate me, I would be hard-pressed to suggest any human alive that he couldn't accommodate.
Greg's Coffee and your department would be FOOLISH to not SUBSTANTIVELY recognize his dedication to YOUR business

I just spent 10 minutes explaining the menu to the cashier. The Greg's version of the blueberry chai comes with Oatmilk. The price is on the menu. The guy was overcharging me by charging me for the Oatmilk. I don't know why folks can't use their brains. They want the machines to think for them even when it could be a programming error. I had to order a regular one and add the oatmilk to not be overcharged. Please fix this. Lord have mercy. He refused to even understand what I was saying about the pricing. Even with the best platforms, we still need to think, my people.

I ordered an Iced Chai and they literally gave me a cup of whole milk… I didn’t complain because I happen to love milk, but how is this acceptable?? I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because I’ve had their other drinks and they’re somewhat decent.

Hands down my favorite iced latte is from Gregory’s. They also have interesting and tasty seasonal drink specials. Just tried the Blueberry Dream and really liked it. The best cranberry walnut scones. Banana bread is dense and also very good. The Navy Yard location is good for meetings and hanging out. Located just steps from the metro exit.
Food is not bad. Drinks are good but can be a little too sweet. Service depends on who you get huh ? not the best atmosphere either ??♂️

The baristas were quick, friendly, and fantastic. I got the Fall Oat Boy (had to, favorite band) iced with an extra shot of espresso. Just what I needed to start the day and weekend! Idk who Gregory is but he’s doing something right. “Forget love, fall in coffee.” Amen!?
Mocha is the bomb! Super delicious.
