This place has horrible customer service. The hostess had the most horrible attitude. Will not be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service and communication to customers is absolutely horrible. Server sat a party before ours and we waited over an hour to even be sat down let alone eat a nibble of anything. I will not be dining here again due to the poor service and terrible

This place is very good, the food is amazing and the wait staff are very thorough in their business. My only reason for 3/5 stars is that they absolutely REFUSE to take reservations. For no reason. They have a small space and are a very popular restaurant. Yet they will have wait times up to 1hr or more and then people get turned away because they wait forever or can’t check online for open availability. People abandoned their wait and then the people who were turned away could have put their names on the list. This really hinders the experience and makes it hard to come back knowing they are always packed and for no real reason won’t integrate a reservation system. Which if you won’t expand the space then is a must. Crazy they refuse to take reservations.

The Kung Pao chicken was delicious! Great dim sum as well, highly recommend the soup dumplings. Had nice decor and the staff were friendly. Yolk buns were also great!

I went in solo. I waited 15 min to be sat. I waited an additional 10 min to even get water. They had no lemon drops and do not offer unlimited dim sum. The server had no personality and was not welcoming.

Two of our four dishes were hideous. I don’t think I’ve ever had such terrible garlic broccoli, tofu and ma po. Bland weirdly colored sauces. Not actual broccoli, just stalks of green. Mushy tofu. The other two dishes were tolerated. The menu doesn’t give descriptions of the food, it’s a bit of a gamble. I don’t understand the good reviews. It’s one of the worst restaurants I have been to in my life. The drinks were good.

The place is understaffing during lunch time on a Sunday, the bartender and the host is the same person doing all at the same time.Food is fresh, dim sum came out fast, but the taste is not better than what I have had at other dim sum places. The roast duck is meaty, which is a good thing. One of the dishes we ordered’s no show.No one asked if we want any hot tea (common when stepping into a Chinese restaurant)For those who lives in DC, this is the best dim sum in DC, but not in DC area.

The kids enjoy the food here every time. The price is reasonable too for such good food and location.

Today, I had a taste for Chinese food. So, I decided to try a new restaurant Han Palace Woolley Park. The staff were pleasant and professional. My orange chicken was yummy. Looking for to my next meal.

Racist; no other word and blantant racism; well the male server who’s been there for a while.I use to always come, their duck was my favorite. This last time I drove..went in for change for meter first …it was as if I’m disturbing to park to patronize ..what did it for me I gave the money he slam my change down. I spoke up n said why u do that. It’s rude n disrespectful did u do to any whites in here, this is dc aka chocolate city.! I just left he saw me the porsche outside then oh I didn’t know that’s u- what difference it makes. Clearly either racist or discriminate if u not fancy car..just go elsewhere

A very good Chinese restaurant. Although there are a few dim sum varieties, each one is very good. Recommended Xiao Long Bao, Bazhen Tofu and Roast Duck! Especially the roast duck, which is very authentic and delicious. You can choose 1/4, half or whole.

My sister and I were planning on eating here this evening. We seen that they close at 10pm. We arrived at 9:30 on the dot. At first, no one approached us. Then we walked up to make our presence known and when we asked one of the workers were they still open, they said the kitchen was closed. Meanwhile, we seen others still being brought food. As we walked around looking for another place to eat, this white couple walked in and proceeded to be sat down at a table! Absolutely disgusted and I encourage others to be cautious eating here!
