Had an early dinner, and I love this place and definitely will come again!! Even though my first language isn't English, and sightseeing by myself, alone, the GREAT waiters at the bar were very kind and polite to me. LOVE the atmosphere, the oysters were delicious, and so were the cocktails.
The Wharf is a must when visiting D.C. We ordered a few small plates to share. We started with a variety of three different oysters. We then had the lobster deviled eggs, which didn't taste very much like there was any lobster in it. We then had the crab, octopus, and the watermelon burrata salad. The Rum punch cocktail was refreshing. We sat outdoors, but when the sun was directly on us we asked to move tables. The waiter asked us to move, and he didn't move our stuff...
The food was amazing, and the recommendation from our waitress, Yana, was top-notch. She knew exactly what to suggest, making the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Yana! I highly recommend to try oysters, lobster roll, and scallops.
