Our server Devin was AMAZING AND TRULY A GEM! Stuart the manager was also AMAZING AND SO INVITING. I watched everyone around me and every employee including managers were helping each other. I’ve been around the world and ate at a lot of Hard Rocks while in the Navy from Bahrain, to Singapore to Hawaii, Foxwoods Connecticut,Las Vegas, and even more and this was an AMAZING EXPERINCE! This is one of the BEST Hard Rock Cafes if not the best!

The concept is starting to be outdated. Fast service but with a lot of order errors and checkout errors. Average burgers. On the other hand, the price is not excessive for the USA.
I waited over 10 minutes. For anyone to acknowledge me, I was ready to leave when the bartender came all the way over and said that someone would be with me and he sat me down and was very nice.However, it took another ten minutes for anyone to come over and take my order they said they were all in a meeting.But this is not how a restaurant should work.Someone should be able to greet the guests.
