For a Hard Rock Cafe, there was very little to look at on the walls. I guess not many artists donated? Menu was also not impressive and food was okay, not great. Good location for the theater we were going to, but we won't go back.

We walked into confusion. The hostess did not have a clue where to sit people and had to keep asking for help. First she wanted to stick us in a cramped corner when there were plenty of more spacious tables for two next to the spot. She ended up moving another group to a larger table and then seating us in another area. We waited for about 10 minutes with no service and then left. Unfortunately, if this is the norm for brand in the US, it has fallen.

We had an outstanding experience at the Hard Rock Cafe thanks to our amazing servers, Winnie and Caesar. From the moment we sat down, they were both friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. They anticipated everything we needed, kept our drinks filled, and made great recommendations from the menu.
Their teamwork and upbeat energy really stood out — you could tell they enjoy what they do and take pride in providing excellent service. It made our visit feel special and fun, which is exactly what you want at Hard Rock!
A huge thank-you to Winnie and Caesar for making our meal such a great experience. We’ll definitely be back — and hope to sit in their section again!

Not great. Food was edible but steak tough as leather. Server was friendly but not very attentive. Went to get refill of water and didn't come back until meal was finished then offered to get water again and came back with the bill!! I was going to stay longer for drinks but decided to take my custom elsewhere. Nice decor but won't be returning any time soon
