I had fun especially downstairs!

Took my Mother for Mother's Day. Which was something different for us. The vibe was all fun and laughter from the point of entry. We had to stand an waiting a long time before someone came in to seat us. We weren't greeted we just stood there until a lady that was just coming in to work helped us.

My son bought me here for my Birthday and I love it

Very disappointing made dinner reservation ordered all the way to the location just for them to tell me they’re having a private event on this day very unprofessional will not be returning.

I made a reservation at 9 pm. When I showed up at 9 some one screamed from the other side that it was closed which was strange. Completely derailed my anniversary I probably won’t give it another chance

I had an okay time there but the server Took a very long time to come back with our drinks and also my card went on for a tab and she showed me one receipt that I would be charged for and then I look into my bank account and I see that there are two charges on my account and I’ve been calling this place trying to speak to someone. I have left several voicemail and no response at all. I even took the Instagram to send a message and no one had responded at all as well and I spent over $125 there and then I see another charge for $75 and I’m not sure why would I charge them near $200 for what?

I was so disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant! I made reservations 3 weeks in advance for a party of 10. The restaurant text me 30min before my reservation and said they were closed for a private event and sorry for the inconvenience. They didn’t even respond to my text or answer the phone when I tried to get some resolution. Management didn’t think to call me when I made the reservation or offer any alternatives. Me and my large party had to scramble to find last minute accommodations. So thankful for Focus Social saving the day!

The place looks cool.

Did not appreciate being overcharged for the drink I ordered. Menu prices and price I was charged was not the same. Very frustrated. Expensive.

Seems like a lot of folks have had this issue.

The food was a 10/10. Everything was cooked to perfection except for the broccolini. Service was just slowwww, but the food jumping

You must have lots of cash, they discourage CC

A little too loud but ambiance is otherwise enjoyable. Food is good, standard for U St in terms of portion and price. Service typically slow.

The only thing I disagree with this lounge is the amount they take on gratitude. It's extremely very high.

Only had cocktails. They were mediocre at best. It took forever to get a menu at all, I was told that four dishes on the menu would not be available (I was thinking about something to eat) . The bill was difficult to understand and made no sense compared to the menu. I didn't feel like further discussions. Location is good. Music was either to loud or completely out. Confusing experience for me
