Heat Da Spot Café – Park View’s Neighborhood Gem!
As a Ward 1 neighbor, I can’t say enough good things about Heat Da Spot Café! Every time I stop by, I’m greeted with smiles, great coffee, and food that truly hits the spot. From their breakfast sandwiches to their flavorful lunch options, everything feels made with care.
It’s more than just a café — it’s a place where neighbors gather, stories are shared, and the community comes alive. Whether you’re popping in for a quick latte or settling in for a meal, you leave feeling seen and appreciated.
If you haven’t visited yet, make it a stop — support local, enjoy amazing food, and feel the heart of Park View. 💛

The food is amazing and the staff is friendly. Timi took care of us. We had the veggie platter and a breakfast platter, both with tibs (beef). Very authentic and great place to eat. Can’t wait to come back again!

Recommended dishes: Ethiopian Breakfast Combo, French Toast Sandwich
So delicious! We got the French toast with egg and cheese and the BeyEyentu vegetarian Ethiopian platter. It was SO much food, we had enough for leftovers which tasted delicious hours later. Can't recommend enough!
The salmon sandwich was good but the Ethiopian dish “chechebesa” with egg was not tasty and really greasy in kind of burnt oil. The coffee is nothing like an Ethiopian coffee so all in all we were not impressed for the high reviews it gets.
