Very nice, nicely decorated with style , the dishes are varied , there are for all tastes , it was all very good in addition to the fast and attentive Service! A bit noisy after a certain time but I highly recommend it
The food is very mediocre for the price. I was happy to support a queer owned business but won’t be back after two very mediocre meals (both dinner and brunch). The donut holes were super disappointing and when we sat outside, it was like the staff forgot about us. Had to track them down for both our apps and our check/more water. As You Are has much better food.

Her is a standout, especially on a busy day. The energy is infectious, and the owners are visibly on the floor, mingling and checking in with guests—really refreshing and welcoming. Service is friendly and efficient, even with crowds, and the food is thoughtfully prepared and well-paced. A warm, lively spot that makes you feel valued. Can’t wait to come back!

Most of the Staff is very chatty and likes to hover around customers so they can ear hustle?

Good comfort food, fairly tight seating, and it'll be loud inside, so be prepared to yell for communication.

Absolute hidden gem here in DC. I hadn’t been to Duplex in years and then found out it was gone. Then my friend said let’s go to HER diner, it’s like duplex but better, and it absolutely is.
I started with the bi Felicia drink and it knocked me off my feet. That thing is strong but tasty. Highly recommend it.
We split tater tots for a snack and I had the chicken burger. It was cooked well and was juice vs dry, and the buffalo sauce I got on the side was really good. The onion rings were fried to perfection.
If you’re craving diner food, this is a great spot.

Her Diner is a very cute/quaint restaurant for special occasions, dates, meetings or just want to get out. The staff are wonderful and the service was superb. We went as a group of 35 for a work event for brunch and had a wonderful time.

We hosted a Pride event here on Saturday 6/14.. IT WAS A BLAST! The Drag queens and King were amazing, really brought energy. The food was DEVINITY itself. Like seriously those chicken wings were addictive. The service was 100% special shoutout to RJ who was a tropper for our large group.

We love having Her as a DCGFFL sponsor! The support means a lot to our league, and it's become one of our favorite spots for brunch and a drag show. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff is fantastic, and it's the perfect place to unwind and grab a mimosa. Grateful for the partnership and looking forward to many more seasons together!
