We recently visited this store, hoping for a pleasant treat, but it turned out to be a thoroughly disappointing experience. The staff were incredibly rude from the moment we walked in, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. When we asked for samples, they flatly refused saying that they “don’t offer that” which is a basic courtesy at any decent ice cream place.
To top it off, the ice creams themselves were terrible. The flavors were bland, and the texture was off, almost as if they had been sitting out too long. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying ice cream experience. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. We highly recommend checking out the ice cream shops just one block away—they offer much better service and delicious ice cream.

I went here yesterday with my family. The staff (elderly man) was extremely rude and curt. He had no respect and manners in the way he spoke. We dislike his attitude and I hope something is done to get him to talk politely

My boyfriend and I took our 3 year old and infant daughter after walking by the water. We got a 2 scoop sprinkle waffle cone, a 1 scoop regular cone with nuts and 1 scoop of rainbow sherbet. The total was $24 + $2 tip and they give you your monies worth!! We were so happy that they don’t skimp you on the ice cream and the flavors were great. They didn’t taste like they had frost bite like most places do now a days. We got to sit inside and enjoy our ice cream and people watch through the window. This was a good old fashioned ice cream shop just like when we were kids. We’ll definitely be back.

Ice cream is soo delicious I got the milk and cookies and the moose tracks! On a waffle cone it definitely hit the spot. Prices are reasonable for the portions and the location!
