I reserved a cabana for $89 for my boyfriend’s birthday due to enjoying my time here before.. I was so surprised that on arrival, I was met with a person who told me they had no record of my reservation, which was not true bc i booked this a month In advance and the manager later confirmed I do have a reservation and it took over 15 minutes for me to sit. But my night just got worse. The fireplace for the cabana was broken all over the restaurant, so we were cold the entire night with no fireplace, we were supposed to have a dedicated server & anytime i tried to get someone to help me they were rude & unable to assist. We couldn’t order any alcohol or drinks at our table . We had to walk all the way to the other side and BARGE into somebody else’s party just to order a drink at the bar , which was never supposed to happen bc I reserved a cabana and it came with a waitress . It was as just a terrible night , I was cold and discussing with management the entire time i was there & was told I was going to get a refund due to the terrible service they provided. However I had to dispute with my bank because they were unable to do it right the first time. Never booking here again.

Absolutely mismanaged crowd control. The space was reserved for an event, when 200+ people showed up it was like they had no idea anyone was coming. No line, just total chaos. The space was completely empty inside yet it was mob of people outside waiting for over 1 hour.
There was a bar mitzvah going on at the same time and the restaurant didn't have any food except burgers, fries and pretzels. But the host still gave us the full menu and didn't tell us that until we tried to order other things. We were under the impression that with a reservation of the cabana that we'd have a dedicated server, but instead we had to walk up to the outdoor bar and wait in line to order
Bigger than it looks from the outside.

Attended a special event introducing SLATE, an electric pick up truck that can be transformed into an SUV.
The HOOK HALL is large space with cozy nooks, flat screens, hot tub, bar, and more.
Beautiful Event space
I went to the pancake and booze art show to support my oldest daughter's display of artwork.
I wasn't feeling the best and couldn't really enjoy it much but it had games and seating towards the back where her setup was located.
The place is just fun, big space inside, a great outdoor area, and the whole vibe is really laid-back. Drinks are good, food is better than you’d expect. It’s one of those spots where you come in thinking you’ll stay for a little bit but end up hanging around way longer.
Only con is the parking, not the easiest around here.
Restaurantji Recommends
After COVID lockdowns (in 2021 or 2022), Hook Hall hosted a health clinic allowing restaurant workers to get free Covid vaccines. It really helped me feel safer as a restaurant server during very uncertain times. Thank you!
It’s another no for me
Amapiano sundays is all ima say (do your research )
Got there near to closing so it wasn't crowded. Food amd service were good. Price range is comparable.
**Fantastic Experience!**
This venue truly delivers an incredible atmosphere, making for an unforgettable night. There are two outdoor vendors offering delicious food options and two open bars to keep the good vibes going. **A word of advice: bring cash.** Our bill for five drinks came to $300, which stung a little, but the phenomenal ambiance made it more palatable.
I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place—just be prepared to enjoy yourself! **Bring your wallets and soak in the experience.** If you need a break from dancing, indoor seating is available, providing a perfect spot for us ladies in heels to rest our feet.
The DJs bring **1,000% energy**, keeping the crowd engaged all night. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend going on the first Sunday of the month at 2 PM for Amapiano, running until August.
**One small request for fellow guests:** Ladies, please be mindful and clean up after yourselves. This establishment is well-maintained, and it’s only fair we leave it just as beautiful as we found it.
