I've only done takeout from here and the food was exactly what we were looking for. Really great American Chinese and [what I think is] Authentic Chinese food. We've been searching for years for our go-to Chinese takeout place in the city and have finally found it. Highly recommend the Braised Beef in Szechuan Sauce (the tofu included with is is incredible) and the Kung Pao chicken. Portion sizes are huge compared to what I normally expect to get in DC. One the pricier side, but not that much more that what'd you pay at other Chinese takeout or even at a more modern restaurant like Chiko.

This is the most disgusting food we have ever eaten. We have never left a restaurant because of the food without finishing our dishes, that's it. These are frozen foods taken out of the freezer and put in a dish for $20.

Just had pad Thai, ribs and pork with chili sauce. Only edible food was ribs. Pork was fatty and tasteless. Pad Thai had a weird lemon taste. Thew it out

This is a good option if you're looking for good, quick Chinese food. The food isn't spectacular or anything, but gets the job done. A tad overpriced.

The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. The staff was rude and inattentive, which really put a damper on the whole dining experience. Unfortunately, we left the restaurant feeling more frustrated than satisfied, and I won’t be returning.

When I asked the waitress if she had any dish recommendations, she impatiently replied that everything was on the menu. After bringing the bill, she checked two or three times to see if I had put down the money, without saying a word. When I mentioned that I would pay with my phone, she rudely insisted that I come over to the counter. During the payment process, she was brusque, instructing me on how much tip to give and how to write it down correctly, including the decimal point. I repeatedly apologized, explaining that I don't live in the U.S. and wasn't familiar with the process. In the end, I still gave a tip.

Throughout the entire interaction, I communicated in Chinese, and even my German husband could sense her rudeness. He kept telling me that if I wasn’t happy, I shouldn’t
give a tip. But in the end, I still did. I’m shocked that a place so close to the Capitol, with so many famous visitors, would have such terrible service. The waitress, an older woman with short hair, left a very negative impression.

Food is authentic and delicious! Fish and mapo tofu are excellent! Very friendly and genuine service! Great atmosphere! There’s a reason why Nancy pelosi and chuck Schumer frequent this restaurant. Mr Singh lied about the place but we thanked his review because it got us curious and helped us decide to try this marvelous restaurant

Do not sleep on the Peking Duck here, better than any Peking Duck dish I’ve tried in San Francisco, Chicago or New York. Don’t come here and order the basic Chinese American dishes, the traditional dishes are ?.

The taste is very authentic, the service is enthusiastic, and the guests are very friendly. The boss will introduce some dishes and local customs. The boss is a Tianjin native and has the humor of Tianjin people. This is the most enjoyable dining experience in Washington DC. Recommended: Chinese food from the authentic Chinese dishes menu!

1. There is a clear distinction between foreigners and Chinese people. When you see foreigners nodding and bowing, you will not say a word to Chinese people except to get in the water!
2. There are three levels of mandatory tipping: 15%, 18%, and 20%. I have been in the United States for such a long time that tipping is optional! What was even more exaggerated was that I took out the bill from next door and said that someone had eaten 70 and tipped 8 yuan. I screamed: Is 8 yuan 15% of 70? The male boss stopped chewing!
3. Tell me about tip culture. Let me tell you that tip culture is based on voluntariness. I have no boss in an American restaurant who stands up and complains that I am underpaid? I have been abused by your restaurant! Your service and attitude do not deserve more!
They treated local and foreign guests differently and forced us to pay high rates of tips!

A decent American Chinese restaurant.
I had beef with black bean sauce, Mongolian chicken, and shrimp, and all three were delicious.
When you order a dish, you can choose between white rice, fried rice, or brown rice, so it was a good value for money as the portions were considerable when eaten together.

The green onions used in the stir-fried pork are very old. When paying the bill at this store, the tax is included as a percentage.
