I never write Google reviews but I was so disappointed with this location I felt moved. I was so excited to see that they offered vegan/dairy free soft serve; however, I have been here many different times and each time the staff have said the dairy free soft serve machine was broken or they just cleaned it and were no longer serving it. This seemed odd to me because I have always gone several hours before closing. I am even more disappointed because they have since stopped serving dairy free soft serve and now only have one single dairy free flavor. This one flavor isn’t even an ice cream, it’s a sorbet. Please offer more dairy free options.

Dietary restrictions: No dairy free options unless you like mango sorbet

Our first apartment was across the street from Jubilee's first permanent location, so we knew before we had even booked our venue that we wanted Ice Cream Jubilee to be part of our special day. The team was so great and easy to work with, we got to pick some of our favorite flavors for guests to enjoy, and everyone raved about it (no surprise there). The only downside was that we were so busy visiting with our guests and dancing that neither of us was able to enjoy a scoop, so I would recommend adding an option for hosts to take home a pint (or two) to avoid missing out on one of their own event's highlights!

Great ice cream. The flavors are great. Location s awesome and you can sit outside and enjoy the sun. I wasn’t a big fan of the pumpkin churro but that’s more of a texture issue on my part but we’ve gone here for many years and it always delivers. The banana bourbon is A+

Super amazing customer service and the ice cream is good! Lots of interesting and unique flavors, worth going to. Also walking around the area is nice. Chocolate is really good and the candy bar smash was delicious but melted really fast which the employee did tell me when I asked for it in cone. I would definitely come back here and tell my friends!

Ice Cream Jubilee has the most exciting seasonal flavors, and great texture to their icecream. The baklava ice cream in the summer has been one of my favorites so far!

Staff willing to give samples which was nice but for a place called "Jubilee" it would improve the customer experience if they would smile, they seemed pretty tired/bored/etc on the day I went. The chocolate/peanut butter ice cream was not good because 1/3 of it was a big chunk of peanut butter. I couldn't even break it apart with my spoon and when I tried it just fell out of my cup. I was hoping it would be mixed in with the chocolate more. For $7, it felt a bit expensive for what I got, esp. after losing the big peanut butter chunk.

We've gone to Ice Cream Jubilee for years and still love it! It's honestly the best ice cream I've ever had! With wild flavors and a distinct local vibe, there's not a better option to take out of towners or just for a quick date night snack. My personal favorite flavors are the Marionberry, Banana Bourbon caramel and guava sorbet. Can't recommend highly enough!

Has a somewhat unusual selection of ice cream flavors. The ice cream I had Bourbon Caramel was very good but not exceptional.

Grumpy dude serving, no restrooms, overpriced very sweet ice cream and inflexible options (almost 7 dollars for one scoop and can't split). No wafer cones. Trying to be fancy but just pretentious. Too sweet.

Cute little ice cream shop with fun flavors and great quality ice cream. The banana bourbon caramel was our favorite, however the scrumptuous cake bites in the butter cake ice cream gave it a run for its money.
