Ice Cream Jubilee - Navy Yard

No cash. Also prompted for a tip at the register. I don't like feeling pressured to give more money.

Server was friendly though; not his fault.

Very RUDE guy , that wasn’t even helping me or my four kids with the ice cream decided to come to the front and tell me my order total when I was already told and someone was already assisting me and taking the money . He purposely stopped from helping other customers to come and tell me my total to be rude and passive aggressive . If you want to be mistreated while over spending for ice cream then come here .

I came here with a group of students on a field trip. After they all had their ice cream, we were told that the store does not take cash unless it is exact. There are no signs anywhere and it made for a major headache.

The ice cream was good I had the banana pudding but I wanted to try a sample first and the employee acted as though he didn’t hear me. I probably won’t be going back.

Amazing ice cream possibly the worst service I’ve ever had constant eye rolling and yelling💔🤬😞

We tried several different flavors but settled on the red bean almond cookie. It was quite tasty and was like a fortune cookie that has been massed up and mixed with a little red bean paste. The one that we did not like was the mango sticky rice, it had a dried mango flavor that covered up the next two flavors we tried.

Ice cream is delicious (highly recommend the mango sorbet) and service is always great as well!

I never write Google reviews but I was so disappointed with this location I felt moved. I was so excited to see that they offered vegan/dairy free soft serve; however, I have been here many different times and each time the staff have said the dairy free soft serve machine was broken or they just cleaned it and were no longer serving it. This seemed odd to me because I have always gone several hours before closing. I am even more disappointed because they have since stopped serving dairy free soft serve and now only have one single dairy free flavor. This one flavor isn’t even an ice cream, it’s a sorbet. Please offer more dairy free options.

Our first apartment was across the street from Jubilee's first permanent location, so we knew before we had even booked our venue that we wanted Ice Cream Jubilee to be part of our special day. The team was so great and easy to work with, we got to pick some of our favorite flavors for guests to enjoy, and everyone raved about it (no surprise there). The only downside was that we were so busy visiting with our guests and dancing that neither of us was able to enjoy a scoop, so I would recommend adding an option for hosts to take home a pint (or two) to avoid missing out on one of their own event's highlights!

Great ice cream. The flavors are great. Location s awesome and you can sit outside and enjoy the sun. I wasn’t a big fan of the pumpkin churro but that’s more of a texture issue on my part but we’ve gone here for many years and it always delivers. The banana bourbon is A+

Super amazing customer service and the ice cream is good! Lots of interesting and unique flavors, worth going to. Also walking around the area is nice. Chocolate is really good and the candy bar smash was delicious but melted really fast which the employee did tell me when I asked for it in cone. I would definitely come back here and tell my friends!

Ice Cream Jubilee has the most exciting seasonal flavors, and great texture to their icecream. The baklava ice cream in the summer has been one of my favorites so far!

Still good, but not like it used to be.
