I really want to be able to give this place more stars... on the night we visited, the service was okay. They were understaffed, and the person working was hustling, but not delivering the best service (probably because they were tired) The ice cream we got was delicious... I was excited to check out some of their unique flavors, but they were out of so many flavors that it was a bit silly. It wasn't even the hottest of days when everyone was getting ice cream. And the waste... ugh. They use compostable bowls but have no compost.

It’s appeared good but the taste wasn’t good.

avoid the chocolate peanut butter soft serve at all costs.

I got ice cream even though they were closed. Owners were there working on a decor update and were kind enough to get ice cream for me! It was very yummy!

Waffles have no flavor and our precooked. Please add salted butter to your waffles. Very generous with samples.

A haven for gourmet ice cream lovers! The attention to detail in flavors and presentation is simply commendable.

Really nice little ice cream shop by the water. There's some seating inside and some seating outside as well.

Good little neighborhood ice cream shop. Fun flavors. Don’t have many vegan options so can be limiting. All seating is outside.

I enjoy the ice cream and flavor selection. My issue is that I ordered the ice cream sandwich and they charged me for two individual cookies and ice cream scoops making my total almost double what it should’ve been. This happened previously too. The employees constantly appear uninterested in helping the customer and do not like being there.

Service was fast and the staff were very nice. The ice cream didn't blow me away like it used too. I think I'm a convert to Jeni's. Lol.

I had a wonderful experience visiting the ice cream shop today. I went in on an extremely hot day with my children and was not expecting much customer care. Despite my low expectations, the staff were engaging, patient and very friendly in helping my family and I choose flavors. I personally asked for the staffs names because I want the management and them to know that I appreciate them going over and beyond to provide customer service. Daisha, Kayla and Matt you all deserve a round of applause.

Took time away from work to grab some ice cream. Once I made it to Jubilee at about 2:35 there was a sign on the door that they have a private event from 2:30 - 3:30. I waited in 90 degree heat until 3:45. I came back ready for ice cream and was told that it would be 15 - 20 more minutes. Not happy, Not professional, Not considerate.

I really like Ice Cream Jubilee. I normally go to the U St/14th St location. We also went during National Ice Cream Day, so the scoops were $1 (you need to join their rewards program to get the deal). Great assortment of non-boring flavors, Asian American owned business, and pints to go are always a plus. There are fun events throughout the year and flavors do change!
