Had a lovely couples dinner and it was the perfect spot for a couple coming down from the redline and the other couple coming in on the orange line. It's hard to find good restaurants in that area but Il Piatto delivered. The food was tasty and the portions weren't overwhelming large. Our main waitress Audrey was so kind and the atmosphere was perfect. You could easily hear each other around the table but it was still lively.

Our waitress was extremely friendly. However, the manager was very rude & lacked basic manners. The food I was given looked, smelled, & tasted unappetizing. After the waiter offered to replace my meal with something different the manger came waited until the kitchen closed then came over & refused to offer a solution unless I could tell him exactly what was missing that made the dish unappetizing. I told him I just did not enjoy it simply because it was not good & he replied that that insinuates none of their food is good. In addition, we had to ask several times for them to close the door during a snow storm because the restaurant was extremely cold. We also told them several times that it was my friend’s birthday which they refused to acknowledge after doing several celebrations for other guests in the restaurant. I am unsure of the motive behind this poor treatment, however, I would never recommend this restaurant nor return after the service we received.

The food was really good! The only critique I have is the chicken Parmesan not being as crispy as I would like but that is completely a personal preference. The flavor was phenomenal and so was the salad. Please try the moscato if you're a sweet wine fiend like me!

We attended during restaurant week. What a deal BUT i nearly frooze to death asked for an adjustment but didnt get it. We tried the oraincini for the first time...delicious! I had bolognese and my friends had the salmon. Only thing lacking was bread....no bread!

We had a wonderful Restaurant Week dinner at Il Piatto. The salads (pear and beet) were both excellent, as were the pastas and eggplant parmegan. Terrific value and terrific service. Also, because wretched weather reduced the number of patrons, our table was blissfully quiet.
Food was delicious and flavorful. drinks are strong. 10/10 will recommend. Will definitely go back.

Amazing food from start to finish. We had the Arancini it was divine. The lamb and the ravioli were also superb. And the dessert was out of this world. Our server, Audrey, was delightful and attentive. And the manager Anthony was so kind and also very attentive. Highly recommend ill Piatto

The food was amazing, and the drinks were straight liquor (which I'm not complaining) however, the service was pretty slow. It wasn't busy, and our server took a while to simply retrieve the bill as we saw him walk past us. Bathrooms could use some touch-ups, but overall, great experience for a restaurant like Il Piatto. Will come again.
