The food was amazing!! From the flavors to the presentations, everything was great! Service was excellent and top notch! Our waitress Bogdana was very sweet and knowledgeable about all of the menu items. She answered all of our questions in detail and helped us to choose from the menu. Nice looking restaurant. Goid food. Menu states that there ate gluten-free options available, but server repeatedly mentioned criloss contamination about the gluten free options. I had a reaction to the food. Won't be returning. Really disappointing.

Always an amazing dining experience at Ilili. The service is impeccable and the food is truly excellent. Unlike some other places we’ve been to, the staff here is highly trained, very knowledgeable and professional. We also had our company Holiday dinner there before and are going to do it again this year.

ilili DC is legit. The place looks sharp and modern, but still feels relaxed. The food is packed with flavor—especially the lamb, hummus, and those crispy Brussels sprouts. Portions are decent, and everything tastes fresh. Service was professional and pretty quick. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but you’re paying for quality. Good spot for a date or a nice dinner out. You pay a steep price for the Wharf location. Service was great, but the pretty food was pretty disappointing in terms of taste. Even for free, I would choose Roti, CAVA, or mezeh over Ilili for Lebanese/ Mediterranean fare.
Atmosphere-wise, the diffuse lighting and bird cage-like decorations are kind of fun and calming, and the small circular tables help everyone be included in the conversation. Unfortunately it is hard to hear what most people are saying in the unusually loud dining room. Some acoustic ceiling tiles might help.
The food was fresh and artfully presented, but not exceptional enough to justify the sky-high prices. For example, $42 for 4 scallops, $14 for a small saucer of yogurt, $19 for a small cocktail, and $75 for a lamb shank! The $15 candy bar was the only thing I ate that impressed. Not terrible, but when choosing a high-end restaurant next time, I don’t plan to return here.

Went here for an early dinner before a show at the Anthem and it was so lovely! The ambiance is really wonderful and just a nice place to sit and enjoy. The food was delicious and we picked a healthy portion of several different small plates, which I highly recommend. The drinks were very clever with unique flavors but fun presentation. There's just such a wide variety of great flavors. Would gladly come here again.

The hosts are welcoming as you enter and seat you quickly for your reservation.
