The restaurant serves elevated, top-tier Caribbean fare, described as impeccable and a true experience with a firework of layered flavors. Must-order dishes include the Wagyu Oxtail and Crab patties, praised for being bomb, flaky, and packed with a perfect filling-to-pastry ratio. The Fire-Grilled Branzino, often called the best filet, is deboned and cooked to perfection, excellent with lime chimichurri or paired with macaroni pie. Other standout items are the Tempura Okra, Grilled Prawns, red snapper with cilantro mint chutney, Cook Up Rice, BBQ greens, and the surprising lamb tartare. Desserts are a phenomenal finish, especially the superb carrot cake and the chocolate bomb. The drinks are noted as good and strong.
