I went for lunch and specifically asked for no garlic bread (the pastas should come with salad and bread). I open up the package and find no salad and garlic bread. The portion is large which I liked but I am disappointed in the service that they failed to get right such a simple request.

Some strangely divided opinions on this place, but to add mine - this is my favourite place to get lunch during the week. High quality ingredients and a very chilled atmosphere. Clean too. Plus, the staff are not overly polite in a fake way, which I appreciate. They’re a nice team. The chilled music they play instantly sets the tone for a relaxing lunch.

The sign on the door states that the restaurant opens at 7am. The store manager says its opens at 730. Why not just take the old sign off the door if your hours has changed. This will stop any and all confusion but the store Manger refused to take down the 7 to 3 signs causing more confusion for paying customers

The food was okay, we had the DC Cheese steak combo. There was plenty of food served. I did think it was strange that refills weren't permitted, but I'm not from DC, so maybe that's normal.

I used to frequent here almost daily for a quick salad or panini (the only 2 food items I order here) since my office is very close and I always enjoyed the food and service. I gave 4 stars because I believe that they should provide some sort of discount or punch card or even create an app to reward their regular customers. They've also gone up on their prices and so I don't frequent anywhere near as often as I used to. Now, I may only go around 1-2 times in a month.
The worst place to buy a slice of pizza for lunch…hard, dry, and no sauce…Disgusting…. Representing the countrycapital totally wrong ? ????

First off I should have known this food was about to be wack because it wasn't an Italian in sight they got Migo back there cooking Alfredo and it was literally watery and runny like soup hoooooorrriibbleee then I took it back and asked for a burger And it was horrrriiibblleeeee no seasoning no salt pepper nothing my jaws are so strong after biting through that thick chewy bun that I can gargle peanut butter ...I should have just gone to subway like I initially wanted ....the food was the worse I've had in a long time I do not recommend
